As part of our Luxury Collection, 'Palm Manor' is a beautifully decorated, 4,500 square foot, eight bedroom and eight and a half bath beach home is ideal for family reunions and large groups. Guests will appreciate the additional outdoor space with the outdoor decks and private pool. Palm Manor also features a private elevator, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, private pool and close proximity to the beach as well as the restaurants and shops on Front Beach.

The first floor of this lovely coastal retreat features four large bedrooms with kings, each with their own private bathrooms and porch access. Additional sleeping arrangements on this floor include two separate bedrooms, each with two sets of twin sized bunk beds. These two bedrooms also have their own private bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. Two large porches adorn the front and back of the home--the back porch overlooks your private pool and has direct access to the backyard and pool via a staircase. The front porch is perfect for catching a sunset or sunrise over the ocean.

The open floor plan living space is ideal for enjoying the company of friends and family. Palm Manor kitchen features granite countertops, a large fridge, a large freezer, stand alone ice maker and ample bar seating area. This beautiful kitchen opens up to the large dining area where there are two dining room tables, offering plenty of dining and entertaining space. Two additional bedrooms are located on this second floor--both including king beds and private bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. Enjoy quiet evenings from either of the two large porches off the second floor--the back porch overlooking the private pool, or the front porch looking across the street at the Atlantic Ocean.

With all its amenities and sleeping quarters, large groups and families will surely benefit and enjoy all that this home and the Isle of Palms has to offer.

Hello!

Just a note to inform you we all had an exceptional stay at IOP. The house is perfect for young and old and the porches to the ocean were a huge meeting spot. We felt blessed to all be together is such a gorgeous setting.

Once again, thank you for an enjoyable stay. We loved the cute downtown, tried several restaurants and walked the pier each day. Very relaxing!

Also a special note--we met your cleaning ladies on the way in---they were so very sweet. We knew we were about 1/2 early and they were nice enough to allow us to sit on the porch. We were grateful after our long drive.

Our Favorite Beach House Yet

We have been coming to IOP for several years now, and this is by far the best property we have stayed at. The house was very well stocked with kitchen items we needed to cook for a large group. It was the cleanest house we have walked into. The pool was large and well maintained. There is a very short walk to the beach and ice cream shop. The fireworks display was right off the front balcony, so we didn't have to even leave the house to enjoy them. The management company was so responsive to all of our needs and immediately responded to fix any issues we had. We have already booked again for next year. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great house, great location!

Large group of friends came for the weekend and really enjoyed this home. The bedrooms were large and the open living room and dining room provided ample space for us all to gather. We all enjoyed the pool and the back yard. Getting to the beach was easy and we the restaurants and ice cream shops were just a few steps away. Loved the location. We can’t wait to come back!

Halloween Fun

Fourteen older folks came to Charleston/Isle of Palms area for Halloween. The well maintained home worked very well for us as it allowed all the different folks access. We had folks who could not climb stairs so the elevator was much used. It was an easy home to relax in and the kitchen was wonderful; well stocked and the eating areas easy to access. Some enjoyed the verandas and more active folks walked the beaches, etc. The bedrooms were top of the line with comfortable beds. The listing photos accurately reflect the property. We were out for sight seeing, history tours and plantations (do not miss the Angel Tree outside Charleston) in the day and totally enjoyed coming home to this home. The home can sleep 18, but two bedrooms are geared to young children with bunk beds. Older folks OK with the bottom bunks, but the top bunks are for the young ones. Our group would recommend this property which is excellent location and has excellent management.

Exclusive Experience

Suffice it to say, Exclusive Properties provide our family with an Exclusive Experience - Thank You EP!

Magan was a saint, dealing with our large and unorganized family! We couldn't have done it without her. And the remainder of the EP staff followed Megan's kind and helpful manner in suit. Really, a first class operation.

The proximity of this house to the 'downtown' of IoP really added benefit to this experience (3-5 min walk). We had a few other couples & families who were not able to spend the full time we did on IoP, so they were able to stay at the hotels and stroll over to the house for meals, partying and generally hanging out - no need for cars, parking or coordination - more or less, this proximity to the additional accommodations acted to 'add rooms' to this house. Further, the teens were able to have a night life which also avoided cars and coordination - effortless and appeasing for all.

A short walk the other direction (2-3 mins) brought us to a beach access. The lack of public parking for this access made it approximate a private access. Looking back towards the 'downtown,' one could see the crowds at the 'public' beach, could quickly walk there is one wanted to be more social, though at the same time we were to be comfortably free of the crowds and enjoy a peaceful beach.

The house itself was grand. Tall ceilings, ample bathrooms, quality fixtures,.... The kitchen was set up for a crowd with two of near everything, including large tables, dishwashers and coffee pots! The oversized stove and ovens also participated in making the feeding of a large southern family convenient and practical. Having the bunk room for the kids and another for the teens kept things peaceful. And having a floor plan with multiple master suites made the multi-household sharing of this palace fair and comfortable for all. The elevator also deserves a mention - without it, i dont think we could have had all four generations of the family relaxing as we did - priceless. And logistically, all of the under-house parking left our driveways free and clear for Picasso-quality chalk art, plus ample room to enjoy the ping-pong table.

The fenced-in backyard with great pool (deep end in the middle with shallow ends), large pool apron, grass lawn and beautiful landscaping wound up being the backdrop of over 1,000 pictures between the families!

Exceeded our expectations

This property is fabulous. We had 8 couples uniting for a group 50th celebration. The house is gorgeous, has a great layout, big hangout room, with doors that close so the sound doesn't travel. Great locale to beach entrance, multiple decks and walkable to the little town. Well appointed, and all the rooms were beautiful and the beds comfortable. I'd highly recommend it, you could not possibly be dissapointed.
