Leisure Time is the perfect, two-bedroom, luxury cabin for a quick getaway or a week-long stay in the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin, located in beautiful Hidden Springs Resort, is only one-and-one-half miles from Dollywood and Dolly's Splash Country. The cabin was built in 2005, equipped with central heating/air, two full baths, a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, and a private hot tub on the large deck. Ample sleeping accommodations for six persons are provided by the king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the great room. The resort has a covered heated swimming pool within walking distance of Leisure Time.
You are never bored in the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg area, with all the things you have at your fingertips. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, shopping, Dollywood. When you get home (to the cabin), you can throw a steak on the charcoal grill, then relax in the hot tub on the deck, or perhaps you would rather cook a country meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, then serve your meal at the table in front of the stacked stone fireplace. There is a romantic fireplace in the master bedroom for those long winter nights in the mountains.
We have just installed a new 40' flat screen HD Satellite TV with Showtime, Local Channels, and about 150 cable channels. We also have new 32'' flat screen HD TV's in each bedroom.

Overall I would have to say the cabin was perfect and just as the other reviewers stated, and the owner (Jack) was a pleasure to deal with.
The only reason I didn't give 5-stars was because we unfortunately found out that Pigeon Forge doesn't have a noise ordinance law and evidently there was two separate huge family reunions and college parties going on in this "private" neighborhood. We found this out the hard way by being kept up literally all night long for two straight nights by super loud music, people screaming over the music, and people walking up and down the road in front of our cabin and talking very loudly. We called the sheriff department however they told us all they can do is ride by and ask them to keep it down and not enforce a law because there isn't one. The owner (Jack) even called for us however it made no difference.
Again, this cabin is beautiful, very clean, and the neighborhood is very well maintained, but you will stay at your own risk for sleeping if your neighbors decide to party.
Jack is awesome though.
My husband and I were in town for a wedding and stayed at Leisure Time, along with another couple, and our 4 month old son. The cabin was very clean and accommodating upon arrival. The rooms were very spacious, and we had no trouble setting up our pack n' play in our room for our son with room to spare. The resort the cabin is located in is very close to all the activities Pigeon Forge has to offer. My husband and I were very happy with our experience and would stay at Leisure Time again.
no view. could ave been cleaner. overall it worked as a place to stay to stay while doing other things. a good place to stay to enjoy everything in the area. we went to the Dixie Stampede and it was GREAT. don't miss this.
I've lost track of how many years we've stayed at Leisure Time but at least 4-5 and we're never disappointed. It is always clean and welcoming and if there are ever any questions the owner responds very quickly. The only concern we ever have is the possibility that Leisure Time might not be available for our desired time frame. You can't go wrong with this cabin!
Cabin was everything advertised and more. My friends and I stayed here for four nights and were very reluctant to leave. Everything in the cabin worked well and it was very clean. The whirlpool bath was a personal favorite of mine, along with the extremely comfortable beds. The cabin is very close to Dollywood and to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Great experience and would recommend this cabin to anyone.
I rented this cabin thinking our son was coming with us hence the hot tub and the pool table. But all in all it was a great trip. The cabin was clean. The sheets smelled so good when we finally collapsed into bed. I do wish the kitchen was better stocked with some more pans and maybe some glass dishes to bake in as well as some left over containers. I knew our cabin was animal and smoke free but the cabins around us obviously didn't have the same rules. But all in all I would stay here again. We got a free fireworks show every night sitting on our front porch from DollyWood. The view was perfect! We have been to Tennessee before and there is so much to do. We went to the Titantic, Smokey Mtn. Opry, Country Tonite, Cherokee N.C. to the Indian Reservation, Bush's Bean factory and Forbidden Caverns. We ate at Bennett's Bar-be-que, The Alamo, Big Daddy's Pizza, the Apple Barn(awesome home made food) and had lunch at Bush's Beans. Everyone in Tennessee is very friendly and courteous and we went to church on sunday at Grace Baptist Church in Sevierville. Loved it. Thanks for a great time.
We are located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge TN, about 25 miles SE of Knoxville TN, and on the edge of the Smoky Mountain National Park. The cabin is in the Hidden Springs Resort, located one and one-half miles from Dollywood and Dolly Splash Country. There are outlet malls, restaurants, museums, live musical and variety shows, miniature and regular golf courses within a three minute drive. We are about 8 miles from Douglas Lake, a large TVA facility.
