My family and I stayed for a week in this beautiful home and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The home is stylishly furnished and fully equipped with an endless supply of home essentials. The owners have considered everything for the tenants and have created the most warm and inviting environment for everyone. We will certainly be booking the home in the future.

Looks nicer than it is, don't look to close.

  • 1 of 5

The house was dirty, the toilets, under the uncomfortable couch that moves apart. Dust everywhere including the dirty ducts on a/c. When you try and turn on the light switches, don't expect them to all work. The back door to the pool was broken. Took a day or two for the owner to fix it. Then he puts you to work, asked me to fill up his pool when it gets low but he doesn't think it has a leak. The kitchen looks nice, the granite is beautiful. But the kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The house was to hot and the owner fought me over lowering the temperature. He told me 74 was cool enough. I was mad. Then the pool was freezing. Oh and don't expect to sun bathe. There is no backyard for it.

Owner's Response: This is the only 1-star review that we have ever received. We take reviews like this very seriously, and try hard to please our renters. After calling them and asking them to retract the review because of how untrue it is, we’re left with no option other than responding with additional context, so that readers are not misinformed. The reviewer stayed at the property seven months ago, and only now did they decide to write a review. Luckily I remember the situation clearly, and there was more to the story than described: Shortly after arriving to the property, this person began complaining to me about the house about the cleanliness and “broken” door. I put the word “broken” in quotes because it was not broken – the person had simply pushed it off of the track. Perhaps this was because they were so angry when thrusting it open. As far as cleanliness, we have our houses cleaned by a well-respected cleaning company before and after every renter, and we often inspect their work afterward. I find it hard to believe that there was such an issue. As far as the pool complaints, we heat the pool for most of the year, however didn’t do so in October because it was 85 degrees during the day with a high of 92. The pool – relatively speaking – was probably cold. However we do have ability to heat the pool, and would have if they’d asked. As I mentioned, we try hard to please our renters. Some people simply cannot be pleased, however, and choose to take their grievances out on the rest of the world. I think this reviewer is a prime example.

Great place

Great property. Loved the heated pool and outdoor shower for after beach. Not walking distance to the beach but pass for the state beach just about 2 miles away was great!

Good House in Convenient Location

  • 4 of 5

My wife and I spent one week at this property. High points were the Lanai and pool, above average kitchen, great Master Suite with walk in closet and direct access to the pool. The location was convenient for driving to the beach, shopping and major roads. We appreciated the pass to Delnor Wiggins Beach. It was at least 1 1/2 miles to the beach, not an easy walk. The house could benefit from a better, more comfortable sofa and some fresh paint with some color. Overall, it was a good stay.

Memorable First-Time Snowbird Experience

  • 5 of 5

My husband and our 2 Yorkshire Terriers spent 17 nights in January, 2017 in this beautiful, comfortable, clean home that is centrally located for exploring north and south of its location. This was the first winter experience for us and were truly novices at selecting a home without knowing anything about the area. Well, we sure lucked out with our first experience. The listing description was accurate and the exterior and the interior reflected the pictures provided on the booking site. The architecture is stunning on both the outside and inside. It is difficult to find pet friendly homes; the owners of this home are "pet friendly" and we found it so easy to arrange to take our Yorkies without penalty or restrictive conditions required. It was so easy to book this stay with property management quickly responding and making the booking uncomplicated and painless. In addition to our pleasure in being able to take our Yorkies with us to stay in this beautiful home, we found the home/location to be so quiet and peaceful--conducive to total relaxation with the spacious interior, the comfortable bed and the beautiful screened in private pool--a real retreat. This location was perfect for exploring the area. We spent time in old Naples with especially enjoying Tin City and the history of the town. In addition, we found trips to Sanibel Island, the Naples, boat cruise, the trip to the Everglades, the visit to the Edison/Ford Estates, and the Conversation Center, etc. so enjoyable and educational. There are so many restaurants to choose from--we especially liked Pinchers in Tin City. We communicated with the property owner via e-mail to report a door issue and she quickly responded. We felt help was readily available when needed with quality customer service important to these property owners. We felt so at home during the 17 days we were there. So, booking this particular home was such a good choice for us as a novice snowbirds with a first-time visit to Naples. We left refreshed, appreciative and with an album full of good memories.

Nice house...not convenient.

  • 4 of 5

House was very spacious and comfortable, but is a long distance from area beaches (definitely not walking distance).

Owner's Response: Guests with elderly people and small children may find a 15-20 minute walk to the beach not practical. I do provide a complimentary beach pass that entitles you to park the car at the beach for free.

Very nice property!

  • 5 of 5

We had a very nice stay in January, 2017 at the Tuscan Neopolitan retreat. The house was very clean and as described in the listing. The couple of "tiny" problems we had were immediately rectified by the local owners. Even though the weather was a little cool, we could still swim in the nicely warmed pool. I would highly recommend this property.
