This beach casual, cottage style condo is designed for Maui living at it's best!

The large Island is great for entertaining, family dining or just to gather around! The kitchen is fully equipped with Pots and Pans (new set in 2014) Dishes, Blender (new in 2014) Kettle, Rice cooker, Breville Panini Maker, Keurig Coffee maker(with coffee to start you off with!) and more. (as well as a re-usuable Keurig Filter for those interested in not using pucks)

Updated Stainless appliances in 2012. New Furniture in 2013/ 2014. Fresh paint in 2015. New 40" Samsung TV in Master Bedroom - New 48" Samsung LED TV in Livingroom 2016. New Dyson Hepa Cordless Vacuum 2016

Open the full length sliding doors to the the 175 sq. ft . Lanai. One of the condominiums that has a ROLLER shade on the Lanai. Watch the amazing Sunsets or dine by the stars ... the Teak table seats 4 very comfortably. Lanai Chairs and Ottomans in January 2012.

The 48" Samsung LED TV has a Bose Surround Sound Home Theatre System to enjoy the local Hawaiian Radio, or watch DVD's (many in the unit) Watch Netflix or enjoy Pandora. The Smart Hub makes it easy. Gorgeous sound all around!

Wireless (WiFi) is complimentary.

The Master Bedroom has King Size Tempur-pedic Bed which is ultra comfy! The Ensuite has a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two (new in 2009) twin beds, which can be easily combined to be a King Bed. The Guest Bath has a full tub/shower surround. Note there are no window coverings.. as we use the louvers for trade wind comfort.

Also, it might be helpful to know this unit is located the farthest away from the elevator. (Around 375 ft walk). Stairs are next to the unit. (42 steps)

About Sherry

We came to Maui for the first time in January 2010 to run the Maui Marathon. We are both avid travellers and like to run marathons and hike all over the world.

Why Sherry chose Maui

We loved Kihei! And this condo enjoys the best unobstructed views! It is walking distance to everything we need. You can snorkel from the beach and with Kamaole I, II and III all connected it has everything to offer including snorkelling, swings, park, change room, walking paths and more. Great Restaurants, shopping, and of course beach time! Kihei is still a small town friendly walking area that is great for families as well as retirees!

If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your trip (120 days if it involves Christmas or New Years), a full refund minus the fee will be issued. The refund will not include PayPal fees, if you elected that form of payment, as I am not a recipient of those fees. If you cancel within 60 (or 120, if applicable) days of your arrival date, the refund is based on my ability to fill your reserved dates. I will refund you as many of your reserved dates as I am able to fill, for the rate I am able to charge, minus the $50 admin fee.

Convenient, Quiet and well appointed

A beautifully decorated Condo with great views of the ocean and sunsets. The top floor end unit provided quiet mornings of sipping coffee while the shoreline came alive. Multiple beaches were all within a short walking distance. Sand blankets, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler and snorkeling gear were all available for our use and made our vacation such a better value than provided by a hotel stay.

I would recommend staying here on your next trip to Maui, we certainly will return.

Loved the Lanai!

We stayed 1 week in early August. This was our first trip to Maui (2 adults and 2 teenagers, ages 16 and 15). We chose this location in South Kihei and couldn’t be more pleased. This corner unit at Maui Parkshore was exactly as shown in the pics and the view of the ocean was wonderful! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear (we swam with many turtles right outside the condo on Kamaole Beach Park III ), cooler for day trips out, and a washer and dryer so everything goes home clean. We enjoyed the fresh Keurig coffee every morning out on the wonderful lanai…it was our favorite spot in the morning and evening! The Bose sound system was great, teenagers figured it out much easier than us old folks but eventually we got the hang of how to work it. We found the pool was very clean and refreshing, especially when you needed a break from the beach. We often cooked out on the gas grills there too. Although we stayed in August with heat of over 90+ degrees, the trade winds kept the unit nice and cool. There was only a night or two where we would have been more comfortable with A/C but we enjoyed the open air. The only suggestion we would have is to add a fan in the kitchen area (we often brought out the bedroom fan for extra air when cooking) to cool things down a bit. Thank you Sherry for sharing your wonderful condo with us….if we ever return we would surely stay here again. Mahalo!

Perfect for our family!

We absolutely loved our stay at Maui Parkshore in Kihei. The apartment was exactly as depicted on the website and was even better in person, and provided our family (2 adults and our two daughters aged 19 & 23) with the perfect set up for our weeks stay. A cold beer already in the fridge upon arrival was just right! The apartment was very well catered for in all respects with a high standard of appliances and equipment available that anyone would need.

We had everything we required and the location was directly opposite the beach, just a short drive to the beautiful Wailea one way then easily accessible to the Pilani Highway which was the main road where we began most of our driving adventures from, the other way, with all the shops & restaurants etc along this way to the highway also. The view from the back of the building every time you left the apartment was even spectacular!

The Lanai was brilliant in opening up the condo and was excellent for casual sitting, meals and viewing one of the best sunsets on Maui.

The pool was sparkling and very enjoyable and the surrounding area/BBQ was also excellent.

Sherry was absolutely the best to deal with right from the start and we feel this was reflected in the accommodation provided.

We send our personal thanks Sherry for sharing your home with us and making the stay on Maui so memorable in all respects.

We will be back! And we will definitely be recommending the condo to family and friends.

Fantastic Condo!

Condo is very clean, modern, and well supplied with everything you may need, from the kitchen to the beach. Location is perfect - across the street from the beach, walking distance to many restaurants, other beaches, and the attractions of Wailea. Condo on the quieter end of Maui Parkshore, which was important to us. The lanai view is amazing! Jon and Sherry make you feel very welcome. They were very accommodating to check in and check out times. We had an amazing stay. Thanks to Sherry and Jon!
