All rooms, from the studios to the family-size, multi-bedroom condominiums, are luxuriously appointed and furnished. I just recently upgrade my unit. Sundial's minimum standards include five GE Profile kitchen appliances including washer and dryer, dishware, coffee maker, dual phone lines with fax/modem capability, video player, cable television, and much more. My Unit has fireplace and balcony and a whirlpool bath and magical village views. Easy access outdoor Jacuzzi and heated swimming pool when year round.

What makes this condo unique

This unit is individually owned.

Other than checking you in and checking you out. ALL resorts, has nothing to do with this unit. If you have any questions please call me directly at 1-213-477-4609.

Please every day take the trash down to the P level parking lot and dispose of it. There is a recycling bin as well as a trash bin. Do not leave trash or dirty towels outside the unit.

Please do not ask housekeeping for additional items. Like more towels, Soap etc.

If you would like an additional maid service. Please let me know. It is at a cost of $100.

There is a vacuum, cleaning supplies underneath the sink for your use. If you need any additional supplies please feel free to purchase some on your own.

If you need to do any washing of towels or sheets that is something you need to do inside the unit.

The Wi-Fi code is sundialHOA Password: homeowner.

This password also worked with the printer in the unit if you need it.

The Jacuzzi is located on the third floor. You are free to use it. There is a towel right next to the Jacuzzi. You are also free to use the gym which is located on level P1and the pool outside.

Please check your skis downstairs as well as your boots. Do not walk with boots in the building.

There is no smoking allowed in the unit.

The unit was dated and had a foul odor.

The unit was dated, but we knew that from the pictures. It wasn't the mildew in the shower or the odor (it turned out to be cat litter/ urine) that was the worst for us. It was the fact the owner brings his cat that rests on the sofa and sleeps in the bed. This was unknown to us. Our family is very allergic to cats. We were informed by the owner in the morning when he finally responded to our phone call. His response was "get an antihistamine." We had to find alternative housing so that we could finish our vacation. The owner mentioned a refund, but now is ignoring any efforts to communicate. I can only say that this is the first bad VRBO experience we had.

Owner's Response: EVERYTHING THIS GUEST IS SAYING IS A LIE!! UNTRUE!!! THE REASON HE IS LYING IS HE IS TRYING TO GET A FULL REFUND: MY CONTRACT ON THE WEB SITE STATES THERE IS NO REFUND. I have had my condo for over 10 years. Most of the time with with home away and VRBO. I have NEVER had a problem with the guest before this one! First of all, in my listing it clearly states that pets are welcome and considered. The guest did not read the listing. I have never had a guest bring up an issue of being allergic before. IF he was allergic to animals he should've never rented my unit. I question whether it's even true that he was allergic to animals OR just didn't like my unit for some reason and was trying to use that as an excuse to cancel. Further minutes after he arrived in the unit he started to complain. not about being allergic but about other things. It wasn't until I got a call the next morning that he brought up the whole thing about being allergic. I tried to accommodate him. Nothing made him happy. I did suggest he might try a antihistamine. Again I was trying to help the guy. The unit is cleaned professionally by the resort. They come after each guest and spent hours cleaning the unit. Changing the bedding. /Adding new towels, dishes, mopping and vacuuming the place. It is a lie that there's any mildew or litter in the unit! I spent a lot of time in this unit myself and would never tolerate that! The guest told me he wanted to leave. I told him to contact VRBO and tell them to release my calendar for the nights the guest booked so I could try to re-rent. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I did say to him I would consider if I can re-rent it giving him some money back. I was trying to be nice! Since it clearly it states my rental agreement there is no refund. In fact I always recommend travel insurance. I asked him if he had travel insurance and he said no. In summary, everything he is saying is false Or taking my suggestions trying to be helpful out of context. He is trying to create a problem for me in the future! Again please read my reviews, I have never had a bad review. I ask you please not to let this review discourage you from staying in my place. If you have any further questions about this issue please feel free to contact me. I will prove everything I'm saying above is correct.

Excellent condo in high quality location at the base of great ski mountain

First, the Sundial Lodge is a perfect location for ski-in at Park City. From the minute you walk in the door, the convenience is evident. The bell staff also help with ski storage and the lobby is a refuge. It's only a few steps from the gondola and Orange Bubble Express. The ski school and pass office are all right there.

We have stayed before at Sundial, and this unit is is in a very convenient location near the elevator. It makes a difference when you are arriving with your gear, or going to the third floor spa. All close and convenient.

The unit is well appointed with a dining area, two fold out couches, which were good for keeping our two kids in their "own" bed. The gas fireplace and dining area made a good family space. The deck gave a nice view of the village, or snow falling, or a place to sit outside. The bedroom was comfortable, nice windows. Bathroom clean. The kitchen had pretty much all you need to feed the family, open to the dining and living areas.

It all worked well, and we would stay there again. Thank you.

Canyons Sundial resort

Went off without a hitch. There was someone there to help us check in even though we arrived past midnight. The condo was beautifully appointed, comfortable bed, beautiful view and my husband didn't have to leave the resort to ski. Thanks so much!

Great Condo & Great Location

This is the first time we stayed at the Canyons, we were very pleased with the condo, location, staff and amenities. It's nice to just walk out your door and be at the Base. Ski in/ski out is the way to go at the Canyons. Steven was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo is the best way to do a ski trip!

We travelled to ski at the Canyons and were lucky enough to stay at this condo. It is really nice - we already knew we loved the proximity and services of Sundial. It is the way to go - we have two kids and all four of us ski so the ski in/ski out is really wonderful!

This condo has everything you could need. It even has an extra (small) pull out chair in the living room so the kids didn't have to share a pull out bed. It was just ideal! Clean, well-equipped and the view is the best. We watched the fire works from our balcony on New Years and watched the lifts and gondola from our kitchen at lunch every day.

We even got to meet the owner and he was really cool - can't say enough good things about staying here!
