Walking distance to Park City Mountain's chairlifts and base area to enjoy shopping and dining. Near the free town shuttle route to access Canyons Village, Deer Valley Resort and historic Main Street. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath duplex comfortably sleeps 10 guests in a king, king + twin trundle, queen and queen configuration. The master bedroom and each guestroom on the second level has a 32" wall mounted flat screen TV. Lounge in front of the living room fireplace while viewing the 39" flat screen TV. Enjoy the full kitchen with granite counter and dining table with seating for eight. Amenities include private washer/dryer, common area year-round hot tub (shared with Empire 1052), high speed internet and a one car garage with outside parking available for another vehicle. If you have a large group or family, consider renting side by side accommodations with Empire Avenue 1052! Moderate rating.
The cabin was very spacious and accommodated all of the guests without any issue. The kitchen and amenities covered all of our needs. The fireplace and hot tub were lifesavers! The location was perfect in that we were within very close walking distance of the Park City lifts and downtown Main Street. Regarding opportunity for improvement: the drains in the showers were clogged upon our arrival. Additionally, I would consider changing the check in (currently 16:00) and check out (currently 10:00) times which are a bit cumbersome. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone. We will definitely be back next year.
