Thank you so much Sherry! We really enjoyed our stay. It was so quiet - A great place to get my report done. Thanks again and we hope to return sometime.
I'm sitting on the front porch listening to the creek while I write this review, this cabin is awesome!! Everything from the fire pit to the creek that you can hear pretty much anywhere outside at the property. Cabin has everything you may need...so don't overpack like I did. I do not want to leave in the morning. Will definitely book again!
Our stay at Creekside Cabin was fantastic. The cabin had everything we needed and more. We were able to enjoy the sounds of the slow flowing creek as it cascaded over the rocks and also take in all of the other sounds of nature while relaxing by the fire pit. The cabin is set back off the road and in the woods so it's a very private and peaceful place. We will definitely stay again in the future.
Perfect in every way. Just what we needed did not want to leave. Will be going back
Two friends and I visited the cabin May 13-15, 2016. We had a great time! Everything we needed was located in the cabin. This cabin is perfect for a couple or a few friends and priced great! The fire pit and stream really set the feeling of being in the mountains. The cabin was decorated well and very cozy. We plan to return in the near future!
This is our second stay in this cozy cabin filled with everything you need to relax. We cuddled by the wood stove and watched movies most of the cold weekend. We watched the snow falling out the big picture window Friday evening. We plan to return again next winter and stay longer.
The cabin was great for us - 2 adults and one child. It is small, but everything has its place! Little boy loved the bunk beds. Queen bed in other room is extra cozy, but you'll need like soft beds! Stayed warm with the wood-burning stove, bring your own firewood. You can enjoy walks right from the cabin - either down the hill to the banks of the South Fork of the New River or up some road tracks into the woods from the cabin. We'd stay here again :o)
