We had enjoyed the cabin. It was spacious, very clean bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub and that it was so close to the master bedroom (on the adjacent balcony) for a quick jump in the shower. What we did not like is the lack of Wi-Fi, heater which took forever to warm up the house, and the steep street and drive way our SUV barely handled.
Open concept. Great fireplace. Nice hot tub but only accessible through bedroom. Need improvements. Sleeper sofa is missing springs. Not good to sleep on. You can actually feel the springs digging in your back. King bed mattress in master suite has a dip. Need replacement. Master suite is coldest place in the house due to sliding door leading to outside hot tub. There's a draft. Beware of the sliding door. The latch was defective and accidentally locked out my husband in the cold for 15 minutes. He could not get back inside since the sliding door only lead to the hot tub which is up high on a balcony (about 25 feet above the backyard) without stairs. Stove does not light up right away. It takes about 3 tries. Clothes washer works but dryer does not dry well - takes forever - something is wrong with dryer. Shower pressure is nice but we ran out of hot water a few times while showering. Bathrooms needed more cleaning especially behind toilet. A mirror closet door fell off the its hinge and almost fell on my kid. Inflatable beds provided had holes and unusable. Lots of blankets but could be better cleaned. Blankets looked dirty. I don't think they wash blankets? Overall, ok stay. Kids had fun in the yard by the driveway. Neighborhood has hilly street so be careful driving in the snow.
Place was clean. No sign of webs or bugs.
It is a beautifully maintained and clean cabin. There is also a great amount of space! The listing description was accurate. There were a couple of things I disliked. There is no Wi-Fi provided.
plus all trash must be removed to a designated area a couple miles away from the cabin or there would be a fine. I figured the cleaning service would have handled this but I guess not. These both were inconvenient. However, I would still recommend this cabin to others. I also might even be booking my next stay in the near future. Other than that, the location did prove to be convenient. We went kayaking, bowling, laser tagging, to a brewery, and more. These were all not more than a 10 minute drive including local stores, restaurants, and other activities. Overall a great stay. Great place Cool Cabins :)
