This unit is a one bedroom, one bath, 807 sq ft condominium located on the sixth floor. The unit has new hardwood floors in the living/dining area, ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath, and new carpeting in the bedroom. The kitchen has stainless steal appliances and is fully stocked with all you'll need to prepare and serve meals. There are two flat panel TV's, a 42' LCD in the livingroom and a 32' LED in the bedroom. The 180 degree city view is awesome especially at night. The unit has a community pool, hot tub in the center of the complex and fitness center on the 3rd floor.

The unit is centrally located in downtown San Diego in the Gaslamp Quarter. This is the perfect location for vacationers and conventioners. The Convention Center and Trolley are a 3 blk walk, Petco Park is a 4 blk walk and the only grocery store (Ralphs)downtown is just 3 blks away also. The Gaslamp is in the center of all the action, restaurants, clubs, live theaters and movie theaters, the boardwalk, the Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum, the Embarcadero Park, Seaport Village, numerous events and activities.

We live locally and will meet with you upon your arrival to provide you with all the information you will need to enjoy your stay. We use the condo as often as possible and are particular to whom we rent it to. We are limiting the number rentals we are willing to rent the condo to reduce the wear and tear.

We live in Escondido, California, which is about 40 miles northwest of downtown San Diego. We love to travel and would consider swapping time at our condo for another location.

Why The Owner chose San Diego

We have always wanted to purchase a place downtown and have really enjoyed the weekends here. We weren't originally going to rent the unit out, but realized that there would be many times when we just couldn't find the time to be here.

What makes this condo unique

The most unique benefit is the location. There really is no better location in all of San Diego. I think that will become apparent from the moment you arrive.

Didn't need a car!

Loved location and amenities. Condo design made it feel far more spacious than actual square footage. We walked, Ubered, took light rail, ferry and boats. Saw everything. Host very helpful and even gifted us with bottle of vino.

Clean, Homey Gaslamp Condo

Great location in downtown Gaslamp. You can walk almost everywhere. The condo is beautifully decorated. It's very clean and feels like a home. It's fully stocked with everything that you'd need - hair dryer, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. They thought of everything.

The owners are extremely easy to work with. Very responsive to emails and text messages. Check in and check out was simple as well. Highly recommend.
