Vacation Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will never book a vacation to Longboat Key through RVA. We lost the opportunity to rebook the Townhouse we were staying in because of the incompetence of the agency. There was no apology or attempt to right the wrong. I will say that our experiences with Lori at Cedat=rs an Mindy were positive but it was to late to find us any accommodations like we had just experienced. I would not recommend RVA to anyone. Because they are the main agency on both Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key they do not believe they have to earn your business and give off a vibe of disinterest in customer relations.
