RVA offers two-bedroom, two-bath unit at Beachplace and includes a king-sized master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom. Enjoy Gulf-front views and direct beach access. The unit has light Florida-inspired furnishings. Beachplace Condominium Complex includes a large community pool and hot tub area, and private beach access.
Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Beachplace 7-404 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to 10 fully-lit Har-Tru tennis courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the Cedars Cafe and Tiki Bar and community fitness center.
