This lovely upscale home in Eastport is located in a small private cul de sac neighborhood and offers parking in the driveway for 4 cars. Only 5 blocks to the Spa Creek Bridge. My Kimber Ridge home is decorated with care and has the charm of this historic water-front town.
Two full size refrigerators and two laundry rooms make this home an excellent choice. A dream kitchen for those who like to cook. Stocked with just about everything you would need - plus some spices for cooking!
The fenced-in back yard is great for families with young children. Our large deck has bench seating and patio furniture to help you enjoy summer dinning. And don't forget the gas and charcoal grills! A Pack & Play, stroller and high chair are an added benefit for young families.
Park your car in the driveway and walk to the heart of downtown Annapolis in less than 15 minutes - unless you stop on the Spa Creek bridge and enjoy the view of this great sailing community.
Not available for Commissioning 2016 & 2017

I hail from the fine state of Minnesota! Wonder why I am in Florida? You guessed it; the weather. I retired from McGraw-Hill Publishers a few years ago and then worked with my husband and son lifting roofs in the US and Canada. My son is still involved in the business. I am now involved with my rental properties and traveling when I can. I like to play golf and there is plenty of that in Florida and Maryland.
Pat Vanderklaauw purchased this house in 2000
My husband and I wanted a second home in Annapolis where we could enjoy our friends who live there and the wonderful area.
I love the location. Annapolis is a wonderful waterfront town with so much to see and do and all within walking distance of my home. Or grab a water taxi!
My family and I had a wonderful stay! It was in a great neighborhood, located within walking distance to downtown and very clean. We had 9 guests and it felt very spacious with plenty of room inside and out on the patio. Pat was great and I’d highly recommend this house for a wonderful vacation house.
Our family gathered for some vacation time the week of our son's wedding at USNA. The house and location was perfect.
The owner was great to work with. We would stay here again!
This was our first visit to Annapolis and where my daughter chose to have her wedding. Renting a house for the weekend festivities was the best decision we made and our choice of homes could not have been more perfect! Pat's home became our home! We were so comfortable here and really sad when we had to leave. Her home has a great basement set up where my older parents stayed - quite and private. It helped that Pat's home had 2 refrigerators which enabled us to store wedding flowers separate from other refrigerated items. There is plenty of parking and easy access to town. After the wedding we enjoyed a wonderful family reunion and 92nd birthday celebration for my Father! The outside and deck area were also ideal and where we took many of our family pictures. I highly recommend this home for the ultimate get-away place to stay in Annapolis, MD! Thank you, Pat!
My family and I enjoyed our stay in this Eastport home. There was plenty of space for our group of 10. It is in a great location within walking distance to DTA and the USNA Yard. We left our cars at the home and walked into DTA every day. The home was very comfortable and had all the amenities you expect for a vacation home. Pat was very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely return and stay here again...
Every year, our family of six does a quick 3-4 day vacation in a city we have never visited before and this year it was Annapolis, MD. We picked this Eastport house mainly because of the size, but after arriving we decided it offered SO much more - great location, great deck and it was more than large enough to hold our family. It quickly became our home away from home and after a few days we realized we should have stayed longer. Prior to arriving, we were concerned about the parking, so we were hoping to walk downtown. A simple, quick walk over the bridge and you are there. We would definitely recommend this property and Pat (Owner) was very accommodating.
This house in charming Eastport was a wonderful spot for a group of old friends to gather for the weekend. Great location, great deck, and a very comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended.
