This lovely upscale home in Eastport is located in a small private cul de sac neighborhood and offers parking in the driveway for 4 cars. Only 5 blocks to the Spa Creek Bridge. My Kimber Ridge home is decorated with care and has the charm of this historic water-front town.
Two full size refrigerators and two laundry rooms make this home an excellent choice. A dream kitchen for those who like to cook. Stocked with just about everything you would need - plus some spices for cooking!
The fenced-in back yard is great for families with young children. Our large deck has bench seating and patio furniture to help you enjoy summer dinning. And don't forget the gas and charcoal grills! A Pack & Play, stroller and high chair are an added benefit for young families.
Park your car in the driveway and walk to the heart of downtown Annapolis in less than 15 minutes - unless you stop on the Spa Creek bridge and enjoy the view of this great sailing community.

I hail from the fine state of Minnesota! Wonder why I am in Florida? You guessed it; the weather. I retired from McGraw-Hill Publishers a few years ago and then worked with my husband and son lifting roofs in the US and Canada. My son is still involved in the business. I am now involved with my rental properties and traveling when I can. I like to play golf and there is plenty of that in Florida and Maryland.

My husband and I wanted a second home in Annapolis where we could enjoy our friends who live there and the wonderful area.
I love the location. Annapolis is a wonderful waterfront town with so much to see and do and all within walking distance of my home. Or grab a water taxi!
The property was beautiful, suitable for our needs and I a short walk to downtown Annapolis. We found the accommodations to be outstanding. The only shortcoming was that the coffee maker did not work. We contacted the owner and agreed to purchase one to leave at the house for reimbursement. We'd be pleased to stay there again.
Our family of nine adults meet at this home for a Christmas 2016 gathering. The first thing we found is that Pat, the owner is most accommodating, helpful and easy to communicate with. She made our scheduling , arrival and departure times very convient.
The home is easy walking distancec to downtown and has ample parking. The location is private and secure.
The home is well stocked and very livable. The home made for a very enjoyable family Christmas celebration.
We stayed here the weekend of September 10, 2016 for my 20th Reunion weekend. We had 5 adults and 3 kids, ages 6, 3 and 2. My Academy roommate and I rented the house with our families and found it the perfect place for our visit.
House: The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy for my roommate to cook us and two other families with kids dinner one night. The kids loved playing in the basement. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining. My roommate's husband loved the grill. Unfortunately it was 96 degrees that weekend so we didn't enjoy the deck out back as much as we would have had it been cooler.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: plenty for our families. The first floor couches were also comfortable, for those who have a snoring husband....
There were two sets of washer and dryers. We used both, having little kids it was very convenient.
Parking: Both families drove and there was plenty of room on the parking pad and in the cul-de-sac.
Location: Easy walk to downtown Annapolis and USNA. It took less than 20 minutes, if the weather hadn't been so hot it would have been a shorter walk. Also close to some cute places to eat in Eastport. Easy to drive the back way to the stadium, so you don't have to deal with the downtown Annapolis traffic.
The owner is great and accessible. Lots of information provided at the house. The house was easy to access with a code for the door. Nice if you have mulitple people so you don't have to wait for someone with keys.
We had a very enjoyable stay. Nice place to relax after a hot day walking around Annapolis, the Yard and after the football game.
This home was perfect for us. A great location in the heart of town. Loads of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had every possible gadget you could possibly need.
We arrived at Pat's home for USNA Plebe Parents Weekend and the property far exceeded our expectations. We had arrived early and a cleaning crew of three was hard at work. We dropped off our bags and returned later to find the house immaculate and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare and enjoy meals and the rest of the house was better than described.
As our son starts his four year journey at the Academy we look forward to many more stays at Pat's home.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! It was in a great neighborhood, located within walking distance to downtown and very clean. We had 9 guests and it felt very spacious with plenty of room inside and out on the patio. Pat was great and I’d highly recommend this house for a wonderful vacation house.
