This beautiful San Benito Model offers 2147 sq. ft. of desert vacation living. NOTE: MINIMUM STAY IS 3 MONTHS.
The home is light and bright and completely functional to sleep 4-6 people. There is a large yard with two seating areas plus four chaises. The covered patio has a remote activated ceiling fan.
Inside, there is a great room with gas-log fireplace, television CD/DVD player and loads of seating for guests. The dining room table opens to comfortably seat 12 people.
The slab granite kitchen is fully equipped, has a center island and a dining area that seats 6.
There is a convertible den with a queen sleeper sofa if used as an extra bedroom. Behind the den is an office which has a desk DSL Line and WiFi included, bookcase and small chest for office supplies.
The second bedroom has a queen -size bed, television and mirrored wardrobe closet. The hallway bath is next to the second bedroom.
Down the hallway is the master retreat with a king -size bed, small sofa, ottoman, armoire with television and a dressing table which can also be used as a writing desk/makeup vanity. The large walk-in closet also features a large dresser. The master bath has 2 sinks, Jacuzzi tub, stall shower and large linen closet.
There is a laundry room with a large washer and dryer, laundry sink and built-in cabinets.
The master, second bedroom, den and kitchen eating area all have remote activated ceiling fans.
The owner pays all HOA dues, landscaping, pool and spa maintenance, cable TV, trash, internet access, local and long distance calling USA & Canada, as well as $150.00 of the combined gas and electric bill each month. Should your bill exceed that, it will be subtracted from your security deposit at the end. NOTE: MINIMUM STAY IS 3 MONTHS (HOA RULES). Discounts considered for a 4+ month stay.
We have rented this house for two winters. The owners were extremely professional, organized and easy to deal with. The presentation of the rental agreement was done in a timely fashion and complete and thorough. The house was always immaculate upon our arrival and the pictures of the house and the yard barely do it justice. This is a lovely home and one of the best yards in Sun City Shadow Hills. The location is ideal for access to the golf course and the main community centre. We left this arrangement as we can no longer rent over the winters in California. However, were we to ever want to rent in the future these owners and this house would be top of our list.
