GREAT LOCATION: My mountain condo is located on Main Street in the center of downtown Frisco. After a jam-packed day of outdoor activities, enjoy the convenience of being a block or two away from all of the shops, restaurants and entertainment on Main Street Frisco.
My condo is appointed with newer, upscale furniture and furnishings. Unlike most one bedroom units, this condo has two bathrooms - one with a jetted tub and the other with a large standing shower with a special showerhead. It also comes with a cozy scenic balcony with chairs. The master bedroom has a Queen bed fitted with a pillow top mattress and cozy comforter for exceptional sleeping comfort. The bedroom has a flat screen TV. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area. The living area is appointed with a large plush leather sofa and chair. The room is accented by large windows providing awesome views of Buffalo and Chief Mountains and the rest of the Eagles Nest sanctuary. The unit is equipped with WIRELESS secured internet access.
If a HOT TUB is a must, you will enjoy the outdoor hot tub overlooking Ten Mile Range and Frisco Historic Park. In addition to the spectacular views, the next best feature of the hot tub is its location - just a few steps down the hall from my condo. There is also a workout/exercise area for use during your stay.
The town of Frisco is located in the heart of Summit County Ski Country - situated among four world class ski resorts - Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and A-Basin. Each resort is within 10 miles of Frisco and all are accessible via Summit County’s free transportation system, Summit Stage. The Summit Stage stop is less than a block down Main Street.
The Vail/Beaver Creek area is a short drive (20 miles) west on I-70.
Frisco started out as an 1800’s mining camp. It now has the look and feel of a Colorado ski town, but without the crowds! Surrounded by the awe inspiring Rocky Mountains, notably Ten Mile Range and the Eagles Nest wildlife areas, Frisco sits on the western shores of Lake Dillon making it a year round resort destination.
Frisco provides access to a full range of year-round outdoor activities in addition to skiing/boarding and other winter fun to include golf, mountain biking, hiking, boating, hunting, fishing, kayaking, etc.
Check-in procedures and additional information (maps, transportation, etc., will be provided once reservations are confirmed.
Upon checking my availability calendar, if you find your desired dates are booked, check VRBO #39207 & #328034, which are my condos next door. Same great amenities, same great location.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved to Longmont, Colorado in 1982. I have always loved the mountains & remember driving along I-70 & noticing the little town of Frisco. Riding my bike through Frisco in 2000, I knew I had to own property here. I purchased my first condo in Frisco in 2004 (VRBO #39207). I love the serenity & the convenience of all that Main Street has to offer and the close proximity of the Recpath for bike riding & access to hiking. Lake Dillon is just a short walk too. Frisco has continued to offer more & more summer activities, most of which take place right outside my door. Ski areas & other shopping is easy to access via the Summit Stage. I hope you will enjoy my 'Home Away From Home' as much as I do. I am a licensed Realtor(R) in the State of Colorado.

We really enjoyed your condo, had a great time. We loved the 2nd bathroom and hot tub. Location was great. Thanks again!
We had an extended stay at this condo on Main Street in Frisco and loved every day of it. It was the perfect size for 2 but it could easily accommodate a few more. The balcony was a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning and look at the mountains while listening to the wind blow through the aspens. There is so much to do on Main Street and there are many, many great places to eat no matter what meal you're looking for.
Frisco is centrally located and an easy drive to Dillon and Breckenridge. We took several day trips and saw as much of the surrounding area as we could. The bike storage is very convenient and bringing your bike is worth it. There are so many trail options for all skill levels.
The condo itself was very clean and taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked. We wish we had used it more but there are just too many good restaurants in Frisco! The in-suite washer and dryer was perfect and got put to use during our long stay.
Bottom line: This condo is a great place to stay and a wonderful value for what you get.
Stayed in this condo in early Jan 2016. Great location on Main St Frisco. Easy to get to all ski areas. Condo was very clean, bedding was great. Views were great, and the hot tub was awesome and was only a few steps from the condo. Allyson was very good to deal with. I highly recommend this condo.
My family of 5 used this condo for a 4 night ski trip and it was perfect. We made a floor bed with couch cushions for my 3 yr old and that worked fine. My brother's family rented the condo next door - the studio - and with the adjoining door, it made for a great condo for us all. The studio is more like a large bedroom with small kitchenette so by sharing, we could share the common areas in our condo - kitchen and living room and full bath - and then each had a bedroom of our own. The master bath in this condo is very spacious with a great, deep, jetted tub. There was also great closet, dresser, and shelf space for belongings. The location was great, right on Main Street in the adorable town of Frisco. It took about 15-30 min depending on ski resort traffic, to get to keystone or arapahoe basin. Allyson was great with responding and even went out of her way to help make sure the two adjoining condos were available for all the nights we were there. I highly recommend this place!
We loved this condo. It was perfect for a long weekend getaway in Frisco as we begin our retirement transition.
The location was fabulous - right on Main within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable condo.
Great Condo! Walk to all Restaurants. Close to other towns for day trips. The Condo was well maintained and very quiet since on the backside of building. Your own private parking space too..wonderful owner. We will be back!
This unit was perfect for us. Very well maintained and very convenient to several skiing areas. The 2nd bath was a real plus. You can easily walk to all downtown Frisco restaurants.
