This 'Regency at Poipu Kai,' non-smoking, two bedroom, two bath, garden view condo is centrally located in the Poipu area. The lush green surroundings are accentuated with palm trees, ginger, and hibiscus.
This secluded, very private condo is a ground-floor unit with easy, convenient access and is only ten steps from your front door to the beautiful pool. At any time day or evening (up to 10:00 PM) feel free to sit in the hot tub and soothe, refresh and restore your tired body!
If you would rather go for a casual walk, you can take a 10 minute stroll to the Hyatt Regency or in the opposite direction a 5 minute walk to Poipu Beach. At either place you will find wonderful white sandy beaches and casual dining for lunch or dinner.
We have recently installed new kitchen and bathroom quartz countertops , a walk-in shower in the master bath, a ceramic tub with tile and curtain in the guest bath, as well as Travertine floors in the dining and kitchen area.

It was our first attempt to rent through VRBO listings, but
the condo turned out perfect for our stay. George was so
easy to work with through the whole process, and always

We loved this place. Felt plenty spacious for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, bathrooms & well stocked closet. Had fun with the boogie boards almost daily! Location is wonderful too, nice quiet complex & plenty of parking. We loved walking down to the beach through the scenic pathways. Karen was super responsive & great to work with as we had questions before our stay. Thanks so much! We are so sad to leave this gorgeous island!
This condo is everything you need or want for a beautiful time in the south shore. This was our 3rd time staying in a condo on kauai and it out did them all by far. We will definitely be back to this wonderful space!
This was a fabulous condo- clean, spacious, and comfortable. We came to Kauai to attend a family wedding at the nearby Sheraton and the place was perfect for us. The owner was very responsible and helpful! Nice running trail right outside the condo and easy walking to the beach . I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the south shore of Kauai!&
This is a great little condo in a nice location. We came to Kauai to watch my husband and his friend run the marathon. The condo was just a quarter mile to the starting line and right on the main route! The condo met all of our needs and our kids loved having the pool right outside our door. The grounds are beautifully maintained and despite it being Labor Day weekend, the condo was quiet. Karen, the owner and manager, was super nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would love to come back!
The condo is in a great location between the Poipu beach and the Grand Hyatt. Both are about a 10 minute walk on a lighted trail. It is also no more than 15 feet from the swimming pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills. Parking is right behind the unit and was always available.
The unit itself has been recently upgraded and is well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for meals and entertaining. The bedrooms have excellent beds, flat screen TVs and ceiling fans.
A real plus in the unit where all the extras for fun on the beach including snorkels, fins and masks, boogie boards, children's beach toys, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and a collapsible wagon to transport it all to the car and to the beach.
We had a wonderful time in Poipu and the condo was a big part of our experience.

The walk to Poipu Beach is only a 5 minute walk through a beautiful green belt. Walking is a great way to get around or even a bike. Eateries are close by as are clothing shops. You are a ten minute walk to Starbucks or a local fruit stand. I enjoy this area because you can walk to the water, a place to eat, a place to rent gear, a place to shop for clothes, a place to buy groceries, and it is all within a 5-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive! It can be an active spot or a slow moving vacation spot. You get to choose!
