This condo is comfortable for family and friends; we enjoy being so close to the lake. Being athletically involved there is room for secure storage of our bikes/snow gear in the closet outside of the condo. Older kids like staying in the loft. We enjoy the lake view from the kitchen/dining room. The open beams provide an airy feeling.
We enjoy the pool/hot tub in the summer, and indoor hot tub in the winter; it often is soothing after a busy day pursuing sports that makes for sore muscles. Being a mile away from Tahoe City in warmer months we park the cars, and go into town on our bikes. The ski resorts are close by in the Winter, we like being able to return to the lake after hours. We enjoy having the pier, which accommodates our friends with boats. With the current low lake level, our pier is out of water, but we are next door to the municipal pier which accommodates launching boats.
