We bought this new house and fully furnished it in 2006. We like the location on the PDCC golf course but also because it is central to all golf courses, shopping and casinos. The Cabezon outlet mall is a short drive off highway 10. The winters are picture perfect with snow covered San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountains and an average temperature of 74 degrees in Palm Desert. This is the life....It doesn't get much better!.
