Twin Peak Drive #35 (2850 square feet) is a semi-secluded three-bedroom three-bathroom home with a 1&1/2 car attached garage and decorated in country charm. The house is nestled in a peaceful and serene wooded setting with plenty of parking, a spacious yard for outdoor activities, and lots of woods for older children to explore.

Master bedroom suite is upstairs and has a king bed, 27-inch flat screen TV, and private full bath with jetted tub. Second bedroom is on the main level and has a king bed and 30-inch wide screen TV. Living room is on the main level and has a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, fireplace insert, 37- inch flat screen LCD TV with DVD player, boom box, vaulted ceiling with lots of high windows for light, and sliding glass doors to screened in 15x18 porch. Also on the main level is a common ¾ bath and kitchen (large window with great views make the work more pleasurable) with access to large shaded 13x25 deck with personal six-person hot tub. A second refrigerator is located in the garage for extra food storage.

Large 14x22 family room is on the lower level with two queen size futons, fireplace/woodstove, 42-inch flat screen plasma TV, and VCR/DVD player. Also on the lower level is the third bedroom with queen bed, private full bath, and 25-inch TV. Both family room and third bedroom have sliding glass doors to 13x40 shaded gravel patio area. Enjoy outstanding views of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains from all three levels. Watch deer, squirrels, and other wildlife as they feed and frolic in the back yard.

The large deck with hot tub and screened in porch are tucked into the trees and give the feeling of being in a tree house. Spend a romantic evening relaxing in the soothing waters of the hot tub overlooking the peaceful serenity of the mountains and the lake. Watch deer and other wildlife emerge as nightfall descends and nature begins her daily symphony of night sounds.

Only one and a half miles from Holiday Island's full service marina where pontoon, fishing, and ski boats may be rented. For the guest with exercise in mind, Twin Peak Drive is a great country street for refreshing early morning or late evening walks.

We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive. Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

There are many activities in Holiday Island which are available to you as our guest.

The recreation center on the Island has a large swimming pool and a children's wading pool; basketball and tennis courts; table and paddle tennis; shuffleboard; horseshoe pits; and miniature golf. All of the recreation center amenities are available for one very reasonable daily fee.

Also available at reasonable rates (reservations required) are softball fields; picnic pavilion; meeting rooms; the golf course clubhouse; and The Barn.

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses (25% discount as our guests). A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests and you are invited to use our motel pool free of charge.

Notes:
Personal six-person hot tub on a shaded deck surrounded by trees and a covered screened in porch. Both areas have a great lake view with a view of the mountains in the background, and both are great for relaxing and watching the wildlife at play and beautiful sunsets! We charge a $25 cleaning fee per pet per stay.

Lovely rustic getaway for a large group with dogs

We were a party of 9 people and 3 dogs. The property is huge with big bedrooms and bathrooms. The basement also has two convertible futons. The outdoor patio area is wonderful, overlooking the river at a distance. Furniture is old but very well maintained - adds to the cabin experience. The pet dogs had plenty of fenced outdoor area to run and play. Minor complaint - the lock on the attached bathroom on the first floor was broken.

We could even see deer during early hours. We had initially booked the vacation for only 2 nights. We enjoyed the stay so much that we decided to stay back another day. Steve (property owner/manager) was very responsive and helped us make an immediate change to our reservation. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend this to everyone including large parties that want to travel with pets.

Probably because I end up sitting on the porch and enjoying the view for a while. Remember, it is even prettier around here in the spring and summer, so plan to come back soon. Great Stay!

We loved our stay! There was plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was wonderful, the view super and the TV's even had 60+ channels so my husband could watch the K-State bowl game. Thanks for a great weekend!!
