Beautiful Cabin In the Mountains
We stayed here over Spring Break. There were 6 of us. The cabin had plenty of room and was very clean. They included; coffee, paper towel, toilet paper, two packets of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, plenty of towels, wash clothes, etc. They have flat screens in each room with Xfinity cable, and internet.
The hot tub was wonderful to sit in at anytime and look over the beautiful mountains. The view is wonderful, however all views do face other cabins. We didn’t mind as we didn’t spend a whole lot of time on the deck.
My children loved playing with their remote control cars outside. The cabin is on a dead end road so there’s very little to no traffic (aside from the fact you’re pretty much at the top
Of a mountain).
It’s about a 15 minute drive to Piegon Forge and about 20-25 mins to Gatlinburg. The drive to Gatlinburg is beautiful. We experienced a lot of traffic each way, I assume that was due to it being Spring Break. We didn’t mind the drive.
The drive up to the cabin is extremely steep and can cause some motion sickness.
The management company was very easy to work with and very friendly. I found the price of the cabin to be reasonable and would recommend it.
Very cozy and clean
Although the property was about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, it was well stocked and clean upon arrival. Balconies provided great views and was perfect for two or even three families with a floor each for privacy. Will return again, only wait until weather is a little warmer.
Relaxing, but close to excitement.
My wife and I stayed here with two other couples. We found the cabin to be comfortable, well equipped and appointed and very relaxing. The views are spectacular and the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are minutes away. We will definitely keep this cabin in mind for future trips.
Really great house!
The house was absolutely perfect. The management company has thought of everything - down to leaving a few travel detergents so you can wash your clothes. We did have one issue while there; contacted the management company and they came out that day and took care of everything. The hot tub was clean and so much fun to get in after a day of hiking. The house was very kid friendly (kids are 8, 6, and 3). There are only two 'cons' I can think of: it is a little further out than I had thought (maybe 10-15 min to the main drag of Pigeon Forge). The second con is that it is very close to another cabin. Unfortunately for us, the other cabin was having a family reunion there that weekend and they were quite loud. When we were inside the cabin, it wasn't a problem but sitting on the deck or in the hot tub, it was. Overall, tho, we would stay there again and the kids are already plotting the next trip. Thanks for the great weekend!!
Peaceful, Serene, Immaculate
An absolutely perfect retreat for a quick getaway. I took my two boys, ages 9 and 12 for a quick spring break getaway, and it was perfect! It is close enough to the main attractions in Pigeon Forge, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful night. The views are outstanding! The property itself is immaculate, and modern with beautiful decor. Will definitely be visiting again!!!
Laurel View cabin
I stayed here with 2 girlfriends and we each had our own living areas (not that we needed all the space, but what a luxury to have it!)--bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. We enjoyed the hot tub, the kitchen, the location, the rocking chairs and porch swing . . . all added to the relaxing atmosphere of the weekend. We appreciated the small amenities, like homemade soaps, several towels, coffee for 2 pots, dish soap, washing machine soap, WiFi access . . . (Maybe you could include some filters for the coffee?) No matter, really, as we would definitely stay here again!
