Come be our guest at our three bedroom, three bath oceanfront Wild Dunes Townhouse, located in the desirable Beach Club Villas, just a short walk to the Grand Pavilion. This townhouse has been off the market for the last 3 months while we were doing extensive redecorating and remodeling.

Each morning, open your eyes to the views of crashing surf from the master bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee from the adjoining private oceanfront deck while reclining on the teak sunbeds.

The beatiful upstairs master bedroom offers a queen size bed with luxurious 350 thread count cotton satteen shets and a feather bed. You can enjoy the crashing waves from your bedroom or just kick back and watch your favorite television show (or movie)on our wall mounted 42" plasma TV.

The second upstairs bedroom, with its own bath has room for three with one bunk bed and one single twin bed, also with 350 thread count sheets. This room was made for kids, so we have put in a 32" LCD TV, but only have it hooked up for DVD and VHS. You won't have to worry about little ones watching things they shouldn't because we have not run the satellite to this TV, making it very "parent friendly".

The downstairs master bedroom, while not oceanfront, boasts a king-size feather bed, luxury linens, down pillows, and 350 thread count sheeting. This room also offers a large wall mounted 42" plasma TV for your viewing pleasure.

As with all of our other properties, the galley style kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances, comes fully equipped with everything you will need to entertain family and friends. From picnics on the beach to family dinners - this kitchen has everything you will need.

Join your other guests in the comfortable downstairs living room/dining room combination. For family movies and TV we have installed a wall mounted 50" Plasma TV. This is also connected to Satellite so you should be able to find just about anythign you care to watch. For those guest wanting to "keep in touch" we have offer wireless internet.

You will not be able to resist stepping out onto the screen porch, where you are atop the dunes overlooking the surf. The lapping waves will beckcon you to walk the quiet beach just steps away. If you are tired of sand and surf, relax in the oceanfront pool, which is for the exclusive use of Beach Club Villas.

Staying within the gated community of Wild Dunes, affords great relaxation for families of all ages. Whether relaxing on the beach, sipping cool, island drinks up at the Grand Pavilion, or strolling along winding nature trails, there is something for everyone! We also offer the Wild Dunes sportscard that will give you access to all of the amenities that Wild Dunes has to offer (tennis, fittness center, ect) You’ll enjoy calling this luxurious house your own during your relaxing vacation to South Carolina’s low country.

Beautiful View!!!

This condo has an amazing location. The view is breathtaking. If the beach and view is what you are looking for than this is a good fit. Having stayed at many places in this area, however, we were disappointed in several areas. The place did not ever seem that clean, even when we first got there. The fridge would not work because we stocked it (never had this happen before) but it worked the next day. This place is in need of some TLC and updating. The upstairs sliding door could use a screen. The kitchen is not well stocked and not organized at all. I was not informed that the water would be turned off for a few hours, per isle of palms (this was scheduled) and there would be a boil advisory in effect for 24 hours. The owner/manager is not the best at answering questions or communicating with potential guests. I had contacted them threw email and not gotten a response back 2 times. That being said, we still had a great time in this condo.

Owner's Response: Dear Fran, So sorry you were disappointed. Concerning the refrigerator - I tell all of my guest (In your welcome letter spelled out clearly) not to overstock the refrigerator with warm food when they first arrive simply because you do not know how much use it got from the previous renter. No refrigerator can go from empty to full and stay cool. This is standard for any refrigerator made. If IOP turned off the water, I did not know about it until you contacted my assistant. I do thank you for letting me know about the kitchen. I will certainly go out and see what is needed. Again, sorry you were disappointed. Beth

Week of Irma

This was the forth time I've stayed in this villa. The remains of Hurricane Irma came through Sunday night through Tuesday morning. The villa was very quiet a felt very safe. Unless you looked out you wouldn't have known a storm was there. The property Manager Beth checked on us Tuesday. She is great to deal with. Always enjoy staying there. Great location and easy access to the beach. Would recommend it to all. Except for my week.

Great beach rental

We had a great week with the family. The unit is located very close to the beach and the pool. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were great. The porch was very comfortable. One note is to make sure you bring soap for the shower and kitchen. We also had to go grab some trash bags so make sure you bring them. Bug spray in the summer is a must also. We would love to stay here again.

Great location! Perfect beach vacation!

The townhouse was perfect for our week at the beach! Location was amazing on the beach and located very close to the pool. All furnishing were very comfortable. We also appreciated that our dogs were able to join us on our vacation. The townhouse was perfect for our family and we would stay again.

Perfect beachfront location in a very comfortable, spacious, well-furnished villa!

Location cannot be beaten - just a dune between you and ocean. Pool and grounds immaculately maintained. The screened-in porch was everyone's fav! Living, dining, and bedrooms are large and well-appointed. Hard to even imagine a better place at the beach!
