Over 400 feet of creek on this 1 1/2 acre private property for your enjoyment! This tri-level cabin is located in the lovely Owl Town area of Blairsville, only about 5 miles south of Blairsville.
Hear the creek "sing" from anywhere at this great modern cabin! View the creek from one of the several porches and access the creek by the multi-level deck that leads down to the creek.
Creek's Song Cabin offers a modern kitchen with custom oak cabinets and all the comforts of home. Enjoy the stone gas log fireplace inside or watch TV in the living room or downstairs bedroom.
There are several waterfalls in the area to visit, and a great train ride through the mountains can be found in nearby Blue Ridge. Horseback riding and tubing are not far from the cabin.. White water rafting is not far north of Blairsville, and the scenery on the ride there is breathtaking.
This creek front tri-level is one to which we think you will return!

My husband and acquired our first property in 2001, a great place on a creek north of Blairsville. In 2003 I found this property for sale by owner. We made arrangements with our realtor in Blairsville to look at this property. The interior lacked a lot to be desired, and the outside you could see the creek through the bushes and trees, and we couldn't get down to the creek. We saw enough to make us excited about the improvements we could make to the place! As with our first cabin, we knew there was no way we could buy this place and make improvements without getting financial help by renting it out to vacationers.
Originally the cabin was two floors, living room and kitchen on bottom floor with an open second floor where there were several beds and a bathroom.
Janice McPherson purchased this cabin in 2003

This was an amazing cabin , close to so much, helen, blue ridge so much to do. We really loved the layout it was perfect for our childern and our first grandson. It was such a special time with lots of great memories for the whole family. We cant wait to go back a week wasnt long enough !!!! Wish we could have stayed longer
We enjoyed staying at this cabin so very much. The creek out back was the most fun and we enjoyed just relaxing and hiking the local area. Reasonably priced and clean!!!! Thank you for a great stay.
Loved this cabin by the creek! Kids played in it, we found a big piece of pink quartz that looked like a slab of ham, we visited everything around we could possibly do in 4 days! Deck leads from 1st story to the ground with lights down the stairs. High wind took down a large branch but couldn't shake anything loose from the house. Air conditioning works very well. We even had to replace a missing prescription in a nearby town, which was open until 8pm so it didn't interfere with the next day's exploration! This place had everything but an ice cream scoop! Thanks for a great stay! Oh yes, bring a recording device to capture the sound of the creek. You'll have you own soothing sounds to sleep by at home!
We just got home from a fabulous long weekend at Singing Creek! Our family of four, my mom and dad all stayed comfortably in this 3 bedroom 2 bath. We had privacy when we needed it and wonderful family time together indoors and out! Guitars and s'mores at the camp fire by the creek at night, peaceful early mornings next to this gorgeous creek on your choice of three levels! The creek kept the kids busy the entire time. Miss Jan took great care of us and helped me when I misplaced the code. She is great to work with. You will not find a better place to stay at a better price! Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!! Great location! Can't wait to come back!
Beautiful cottage in peaceful setting. It was everything it advertised and more! All the comforts of home, close to shopping and special sites and yet surrounded by Blue Ridge Mtns. Lots of cottage for the price.
We can't wait to go stay a while week soon!
I have rented from VRBO many times and was a little hesitant about this one because they don't accept credit cards so not guaranteed. I also usually prefer a different decor style and wifi, but let me tell you...I am so glad we decided to stay here! Absolutely the best North GA property we have ever stayed in! It was very clean and well stocked and located close enough to town, but just far enough out of town.
The cabin is very spacious- we could have easily brought another family with us. Two large bedrooms on the third floor along with a bathroom and fold away beds and spacious closets. Large bedroom, nice bathroom and laundry room downstairs and mid-level is living area with well equipped kitchen, living room and dining room.
The best part is the amazing decks! There is a huge deck from the lower level that leads to the creek with a landing/sitting area in between. There is a full table on the lower level deck with seating for 4. The main level deck has a bench that runs the length of the deck, a grill and a picnic table with two benches. The top floor has a balcony off of one bedroom.
All of this decking overlooks the part we fell in love with...a beautiful creek! My daughter loved playing there and exploring the different rocks, trees, etc. it was cold during our stay, but we waded during the day some and roasted marshmallows on the fire pit at night to make smores.
The lack of "connectivity" was not nearly as painful as we imagined and probably exactly what we needed! We enjoyed the games there and played checkers.
Vogel State is just down the road, so we explored this beautiful park and hiked to a waterfall and played on the beach area. One night we went to the drive-in theatre in Blue Ridge (30-ish minute drive). We went and ate in Young Harris at Brothers Ranch and loved it. Blairsville has one of the best grocery stores I have ever been in - a very large Ingles- if you want to buy groceries. We also went to Babyland General Hospital in Cleveland (30 mins) and just drove around the mountain roads.
The owners are very easy to work with and respond very quickly to emails. I will recommend this property to anyone looking for a North GA mountain retreat and I'm positive that we will be back again- the only bad part was leaving!
