Our Moab Vacation Rental is located 4 miles south of the town of Moab between the KOA campground and the Spanish Valley Arena, approximately a five minutes drive to town and the golf club. Views are of the southern redrock cliff bands, western views of the Moab Valley, northern views of Sand Flats and eastern views of the La Sal Mountains.
Sunset and Sunrise views are spectacular!
This is your ideal Moab vacation rental. Calle Del Sol is a wide street with sidewalks which dead ends and is great for kids to ride bikes, skateboards and razor scooters.
You have an oversized two car garage and plenty of additional parking for an R.V., boat, motor bikes... all your off-road toys.
There is a large well maintained front yard and fenced back yard.
The covered patio has a gas bbq grill and six piece patio furniture set (1 tiled table, 1 love seat, 2 chairs and 2 footstools).
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. I love to cook so you'll have every houseware needed if dining in. There are plenty of extra cabinets for dry storage.
We recycle! It's appreciated if you utilize the provided recycling bins.
We leave the refrigerator stocked with basic condiments like ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and relish. There's also olive oil, canola oil, non stick spray, salt, pepper, flour and sugar and a complete spice rack.
The dining room table was hand painted, made in India and seats 6. The large breakfast bar has four bar stools.
MASTER BEDROOM: King size pillow top mattress, with high thread count sheets and queen size New Generation pillows (New Generation pillows are the finest non down pillows you can find and are hypoallergenic), 10 drawer dresser, large walk in closet, luggage stand, iHome iPod dock alarm clock, en suite master bath with shower and tub, and door access onto the covered patio.

GUEST BEDROOMS: (2) Two guest bedrooms have queen size pillow top mattresses with high thread count sheets, queen size New Generation pillows, closets, luggage stands, have doors which access a small walk out landing and the back yard and share the second full bathroom.
BATHROOMS: Two Full Baths are prepared with high quality bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, toilet paper, Mrs. Meyers hand wash, shampoo and conditioner.
There are hair dryers in each bathroom and 8' (inch) articulating mirrors for make-up and shaving.
There is also one half bath.
INTERNET - DSL Internet service with 1GB of upload speed and 3GB of download speed. You can connect anywhere in or around the home wirelessly (Wi-Fi). There is a desk where the modem/router is located and you can also connect directly via Ethernet.

Tierra Del Sol is a clean new subdivision just four miles south of Moab, which is only a 5-7 minute drive, and sits between the KOA campground and the Spanish Valley Arena. The golf course is only a 5 minute drive, Kens lake is a 10 minute drive, Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point are the main touristic attractions. Moab has miles of 4X4, ATV, OHV trails, and is also known for rock climbing, mountain biking (slick rock, amasaback, soverign trails... and more). There's so much to see and do. Best of all when you get back to the house you have the hot tub, pool and plenty of comfy areas to hang out and catch up on relaxing.

This is a true vacation home. The fridge is stocked with condiments, and the kitchen has all the appliances and housewares you expect. You should bring your iPod and whatever food you want to cook. Our home is ready for you to enjoy.

Stay in Moab
We very much enjoyed our stay and the condo in Moab. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. It was well located with quick access to Highway 191 and just a few miles south of the city center. And, the owner was quick to answer a question we had before leaving. All in all a great experience.
The fridge was filthy and had rotten food inside, the carpets were stained in several places, the bed sheets had stains on them, 1 house key and no key to the pool (was told we could jump over the fence to get in - not something I'm asking my 60 year old husband to do!). Overall, disappointed with the rental, but Moab was great!

The property was well maintained, handled professionally, and exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to rent it again next year!
