<b>SILVER BEAR 28: Condominium :</b> This is a very BASIC condo with a low rating. This unit is not comparable to the standard set by other Silver Bear properties, but it is conveniently located and nice for a budget minded group.

<li>2 bedrooms plus loft, 3 bath, 2 level property (1,600 SQ FT). Entry level: Entrance area with laundry closet. Open living room, dining room and kitchen are centrally located. Master bedroom and second bedroom are on either side of the kitchen/living area. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. Second floor: Loft with a private bathroom.</li>
<li>Bed arrangement: Master bedroom: King, 2nd bedroom: King, Loft: 2 twins and a queen, NO sofa sleeper</li>

<li>Televisions: The living area has 2 televisions. There is a nice flat screen with a DVD player and the other television is an older style. The master bedroom has a flat screen television. The second bedroom and the loft both have older style televisions with VCRs.</li>

<li>This is a basic property and has not been upgraded or updated. The roomy living room has a large rock fireplace, bench window seating and high ceilings, creating an open area to relax in. The living room/dining room furnishings and unit décor are dated and below average compared to other Silver Bear properties Mammoth Premiere represents. The bedrooms have basic décor and bedding. </li>
<li>Unit is located on the third floor, 3 floors above the garage. It has an interior hallway entrance and is only a short walk from the elevator or stairs.

Silver Bear 28 came as advertised. The condo's location is very good, as it is only a short walk to Canyon Lodge. The condo itself was spacious and clean. I'm giving SB 28 a 3 star rating due to the dated appliances in the kitchen. If you're renting a condo like this for any length of time, you're probably going to want to utilize the kitchen for a meal or two. The oven and cook top worked well enough, but took a bit of practice to get the hang of because of the age of the appliance. Additionally, the dishwasher was quite dated and never seemed to work well, or at all, even when the dishes were pre-rinsed. A significant amount of time was spent cleaning dishes by hand. I'm saying this as a former owner of a rental property myself, not trying to be too nit-picky, but if the appliances in the condo were replaced, Silver Bear 28 would get a 5 star rating from me.
Wonderful vacation stop, nice place for a weekend or a week. Public Trans right outside the door. Parking space inside and avail space outside elevator to 3rd floor. Nice kitchen, 2 huge 'master' bedrooms and the loft sleeps 4 (kids). You could sleep a ninth on the couch if needed
