Recently upgraded, Stoney Creek Sunpath #4 is a two bedroom, two bathroom, three level townhome centrally located just steps from the Village Stroll, the Marketplace and only a short walk to the lifts.

Living Areas

The entrance with small mudroom is located on the ground floor with stairs leading immediately up to the second floor open concept living area that features a cozy gas fireplace, comfy couches and flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace (not pictured). There is sliding door access to a private balcony. The recently renovated kitchen features new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The dining table comfortably seats 6. The top level balcony accessed from the master bedroom features a soft hot tub but the complex also features a common area hot tub and outdoor pool.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Both guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the top level. The master bedroom features a queen bed, closet and access to the private deck with soft hot tub. The second bedroom features a tri-bunk bed with an extra-long twin on top and a queen bed on the bottom. The first separate bathroom features a bathtub with overhead shower and a single vanity. The adjacent second separate bathroom on this floor features a glass-enclosed shower.

Added Conveniences

This unit features an in-suite washer and dryer, free wireless internet and underground parking for one vehicle. Stoney Creek Sunpath #4 is perfect for a small family or group of friends with its central location for both summer and winter stays.

We had a fantastic time here, the apartment was perfect for 2 people on a long stay and the additional room meant that we had friends coming along to join us. The location is perfect, 10 minute walk to the gondolas, bus stop opposite, market play 5 minutes walkaway. Close to the valley trails and the things you need. Apart from our very last night it was very quite and we didn't hear our neighbours.

Te apartment was super close to the Village, just a 5 min walk from Carlton Logde. This made our skiing experience really good. The property was clean, and had the basic kitceh utensils, we did not do that much cooking. We fathered enjoyed the restaurants around the area. The quattro restaurant just in front with it´s authentic italian food was great. As the pizzeria Antico had a great pizza, with generous toppings.

The only 2 things we did not like about the unit were that the bunk bed room did not have enough drawer space, and that the carpet gave my husband a sort of allegry. That said, I would like to add that the hot tub, was a really plus.

Great location, reasonable rates. Clean but small and not very bright. There is some road noise from the highway. Bedrooms are quite small so only one person could be in the room moving around at one time. Small bathrooms are right next to each other so not a lot of privacy.

We had a great time at our 2-bedroom condo in whistler village. It was a very convenient location and a very nice apartment. Everything worked and was new. The kitchen was well-apportioned and nice to hang out in. The living space was very comfortable complete with the gas fire.

The 2 bedrooms upstairs are not huge but are very comfortable. Every room has a thermostat so you don't need to be too hot or cold. Plus the hot tubs were great. The one upstairs was very comfortable and the communal one and pool were great.

It's also a very short walk to the slopes and all the restaurants/stores. So no excuse not to hit the slopes right when they open.

Would highly recommend the place to friends.
