Located alongside the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, this inviting townhome is a short walk to Lost Lake, only 600 yards to the Blackcomb Gondola via the free shuttle bus. The complex features a common area outdoor hot tub.

About the Home

Blackcomb Greens #38 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 level townhome conveniently located in the Upper Village, close to Lost Lake and only a short ride on the free Village shuttle route to the ski lifts and gondolas. The Blackcomb Greens complex features scenic views of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, which doubles as a cross-country ski trail during the winter months.

Living Areas

Entering the home on the lower level head up the stairs to the open concept main living level. The cozy living room features comfy couches, a presto log fireplace, a large flat screen TV (not pictured), DVD player, CD player and scenic fairway views. The modern well-appointed kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The dining area seats 8 comfortably and offers sliding door access to the private balcony with BBQ and scenic views.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The master bedroom is located on the top level and features a new king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and an upgraded ensuite with a jetted tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the main living level with one featuring a new queen bed and the second one featuring a new king bed (not pictured). The separate upgraded bathroom on this level features a single vanity and glass-enclosed shower.

Added Conveniences

For added convenience, Blackcomb Greens #38 offers parking for one vehicle in the secure underground parking, complimentary wireless internet and in-suite laundry. There is a bike rack in the underground parking but guests will need to supply their own lock. The Blackcomb Greens Complex also features a common area outdoor hot tub - perfect for relaxing in after a day on the slopes or a round of golf..

We had a wonderful time at the Blackcomb Greens #38 condo. Stayed for a week in February/March. Very clean condo that has been fully updated throughout. View of golf course and surrounding valley from living/kitchen area. Heated tile floors were a nice touch. Three level condo with entry on first floor, Master on top floor and everything else on the second level. Quiet and relaxing environment. Underground parking. Bus stop is about 100 yards from complex. Used the jaquzzi almost every evening although it is fairly small for such a large complex. Plenty of towels and toiletries for the week although there was only two of us. Well stocked utensils in kitchen. Only minor complaints were lack of kitchen basics such as salt and pepper, wrong type of coffee filters, and a very drafty front door which should be re-sealed.

Thank you for your feedback and heads up about the front door requiring re-sealing. We have put forth a service order to have the door checked and fixed by our team before the next arrival. Our team will also review the kitchen basics to make sure they are adequate.

The service from Whistler Platinum was professional from my first enquiry. I received very helpful guidance in choosing the best accommodation in Whistler for my family. Once the accommodation was booked they were very helpful in booking lift passes, ski equipment and private transfer from Vancouver to the resort. When we arrived at the house I found the fridge stocked with the food I had ordered. It was lovely to be able to put down our cases and make a cup of tea. The house was clean and of a very high standard. In the kitchen we found every appliance we could possibley require and cooking in the house was very easy. The toiletries supplied were unexpected and theclean and change of linen mid stay was appreciated. Whistler Platinum provide a professional, quality service and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to have a relaxed stay in whistler

Enjoyed the condo. Couple minor problems -- stopper in jacuzzi tub didn't work, and shower faucet on main floor also didn't work very well. Bus service was not as direct and easy to use as had been explained ("5 mins"). Bus goes on long loop before going into Whistler. Village was terrific for restaurants, shops, etc. Unfortunately, very little snow and poor skiiing conditions, but nothing Whistler Platinum can do about that.
