Awesome as Always Dec 2017

Spent the week between Christmas Day and New Year's Day at this condo. No problems with condo and everything was as is stated in the description. Right across the street from several local merchants stores, chain grocery and shopping stores, and restaurants. You can just arrive, park your car and never drive the whole stay if you want. View is perfect from this condo and daily we saw several dolphins feeding and playing. Randall is a breeze to work with and I've never had a problem with him or any of his properties. Thank you Randall, as usual it was perfect again.

What a great place to relax in the off season. The view is awesome, it is spacious and clean. The furnishings are dated but still plenty useful. The TV setup sucks, so bring a good book or two.

Nicely decorated. Good location in the Fall,

This is a nice property. Recently remodeled. We had problems with the TV in the living room but fixed it.

Only thing I️ would do is put some non slip in the tubs. The first step is s doozy,

Enjoyed it soooo much

We enjoyed our stay @ the breakers. Everyday except one we saw dolphins from our deck. The condo was clean and well stocked. My trip was cut short by one day though because my little fur baby was so unhappy and refusing to eat. She had never been boarded before.The next time I go it will have to be a dog friendly place . On the negative side there was a tremendous amount of remodeling going on in the building and new construction next door.

Owner's Response: I do apologize for the disruption.The noise was from the unit directly above us. They were taking up tile and removing the bathtub. It really was noisy. Fortunately that project has been completed. The new construction is primarily inside next door. The noise coming from there is minimal.
