Built in 2008, 6 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 story home, full kitchen. The kitchen downstairs has everything that is needed for cooking (blender, mixer, all types pots and pans and cooking utensils). The first floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. One bedroom on the first floor has a King, two of the bedrooms have queens, one bedroom has two double beds and there is a queen size pullout couch in the living room. On the second floor there is a full bath, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a king bed, the king bedroom also has a refrigerator. The House is located on gulf side of Via Deluna. The road that the beach is on, is located directly behind the house. There is a sidewalk next to the house that takes you to the beach. There is a closet downstairs with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, all kinds of toys and 2 beach cruiser bicycles.

Four adults and five kids stayed a week for fall break. From the first phone conversation to checkout, the owner made booking the trip and staying absolutely worry free. The house is SPACIOUS and conveniently located. Just about a mile walk to great dining/shopping. Good view of the gulf. Very short walk to the beach across a quiet side street. Hope to stay again.
Great house for family reunion. We needed lots of parking and central location. Both were great. Kids loved having the beach so close. Having two refrigerators was a great help. Rooms and bathrooms were well situated. We even had the Blue Angles fly over the house - what a thrill.
Our family was traveling to Pensacola for our beach wedding and this house was PERFECT. We had around 10 adults and was very roomy. The house was perfect, because it was two separate families and we were not on top of one another, which was GREAT. We also enjoyed that the beach was so close and walking distance to everything. Danny was great to work with and hope that we will be able to rent this home for our future vacations.
We were in Pensacola for a family wedding, and we decided to turn it into a little vacation for the extended family. We had 10 adults and 5 children - three generations - staying in the house for 5 nights and it was quite comfortable for everyone.
-First of all, the owner was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful with his answers. All of the listed amenities were in place and in good condition.
-The location was great! Conveniently located to both the bay side and the gulf side (though we never went to the bay side), the beach was REALLY close by with clean, white sand.
-The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and dinnerware and the dishwasher was a lifesaver. We also needed both of the refrigerators.
-The washer and dryer were new, high-efficiency units in great condition – very handy.
-Separate thermostats for the upstairs and downstairs were a nice feature, as well.
-There were plenty of towels, both for indoor and beach use, as well as plenty of beach toys for the kids. The outdoor shower was really nice, and helped us keep sand out of the house.
The floor plan was well designed. There was a LOT of space in the common areas, which is where you need it, and the bedrooms, though a bit small, were roomy enough with drawers and closets. With decks on the front and back, there was always a shady outdoor retreat, no matter the time of day. It may be a small thing to some people, but it was always easy to find the house, thanks to the green reflectors on the mailbox post.
Bottom line - this is a great place with a great owner, conveniently located, at a fair price.
The pictures of this house really don't do it justice. It's much roomier than it appears in the pictures. We had a family reunion here and have no complaints. It was clean, decorated with a lot of fun art, has comfortable beds, and a great selection of kitchen supplies. Having two separate living spaces was great too (2 kitchens). We were a very short walk to the beach, and also a walkable distance to shopping. The boardwalk, quietwater beach, and public gulfside beach are only about 1/2 mile away. But why go to those places (except for shopping or blues on the beach) because the beach by the house is not crowded at all. There were also a lot of great shells in the water very close to shore. Some family members visited Fort Pickens, the historic Light House, and the Naval Aviation History Museum. Our favorite restaurants are Sideliner (awesome grouper sandwich) and Flounders (amazing "catch of the day" dish & very fun atmosphere). We love to support Flounders because when hurricane Ivan hit in 2005 (we had a beach property here at that time), they fed all the workers and owners on the beach for FREE for months. We also went to Joe Patti's Seafood store on the mainland to get gulf shrimp and salmon steaks for a seafood feast we cooked at the house. We would recommend stopping at Publix grocery store in Gulf Breeze for staples, as there are no large grocery stores on the beach. Oh, and there are lots of beach toys in the closet (when we left, we contributed a big raft and 3 big inner tubes to the collection). My husband and I rode the cruiser bikes to the boardwalk one evening. That was fun. Thank you Danny, for sharing your beach house with so many.
just returned from a wonderful week in the sun at this home. Owner was very helpful and and accommodating. House had plenty of room to spread out. Was hear for a family reunion and couldn't have asked for a better place to hold it! Kids loved the closet full of beach toys and chairs. Was great to have the top floor so self sufficient. Perfect place for the to put all the kids! Spent most of the time on the beach which is down a short walk that made for perfect strolls on the sand during the night and day! House was very clean and very close to nearby attractions. Missed the Ferris wheel opening by a matter of days but managed to visit alligator farm, fort pickens and local shopping. Don't miss the seafood nachos at Flounders down the road!! Love to come back to this fantastic home!

The $500 damage deposit holds the property. The rent is due 30 days before check in. We accept most major credit cards ( Amex, Mastercard,Visa), Checks and we accept cash at day of checking in. If you cancel 30 days before check in all deposits and rent money will be returned. If you have a small pet there is a additional charge of $200.
