-All Book Breck homes have a maximum adult capacity of two adults per bedroom. If you are a family traveling with children we will allow up to the listed maximum capacity. Please note that the rate reflected is for up to the equivalent of two persons per bedroom. If your group exceeds the equivalent of two people per bedroom, there will be an additional fee.
-4WD or AWD with appropriate tires is required in winter and highly recommended in summer when staying at this home.
-This home is not pet-friendly and smoking of any kind is not permitted.

We stayed here in December (2007) and loved it. It was beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, warm and had wonderful amenities and plenty of room. The people were so nice to deal with too! We plan on staying here again.
Excellent house for six of us to enjoy the week of skiing in Breckinridge. The house was wonderful and the staff at Book Breck were very helpful. We would recommend this house and enjoyed our week.
We spent a week taking advantage of Breckenridge's wonderful summer activities. Highlands Green charm was a perfect location, and were were pleased with the level of attention given to make this an inviting property. We would highly recommend this location to a family going on vacation.
Highland Greens was truly charming! We stayed in this lovely condo during Spring Break week, and was glad it was out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Breckenridge. Everything was immaculate, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The view of the mountains from the deck was spectacular, and we were glad that that our driveway and road were cleared after the heavy snowfall. The hot tub was a big hit after a day in the snow! We hope to stay there again next year!
This was my 4th summer to stay at this condo. I've been coming to Breckenridge each summer for about 8 years now, have stayed at numerous condos, and this one is easily my favorite condo. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well furnished, exceptionally clean throughout, and the management company is very courteous and responsive to every request/question I've had. A bath for each of the 3 bedrooms is great. Appreciated the two car garage and hot tub. This condo will continue to be my top choice when visiting Breckenridge.
Best week ever in Breckenridge and this was our third Spring Break their with our grown professional children! This rental town home had so many amenities. From the open floor plan that lent itself to view of the mountains, to the gas fireplace that made our early mornings and late evenings feels so enveloped in the charm of the area. The private hot tub at the end of the day was such a luxury! Having a garage that opened to the unit and facilitated bringing our groceries and other items into the unit was just like being in our own private home. Beautifully decorated, with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms allowed for everyone to feel pampered. The neighborhood's private shuttle to the ski area came hourly and ran even till late on weekends, no other place has that! My only recommendation would be to invest in some non-stick pans for the kitchen, along with some plastic rubbermaid containers. I cannot say enough positive things about the management company "Book Breck". Their hospitality and attention to detail is what really made it for a perfect stay complementing this town-home.
