Book Breck Vacation Homes is a local small business on Main Street in Breckenridge, CO since 2008. We are aimed at providing private, well maintained, well-appointed and well equipped homes supplied with eco-friendly non-essentials. Our target clientele is families who seek a home-away-from-home experience that is somewhere between the pampering of hotel-service, and the self-reliance of renting directly from a homeowner. Our local staff is knowledgeable on all homes and the community, and is committed to being honest, fair and responsive to guest and homeowner needs, and is dedicated to supporting our local community and the environment. Gorgeous, felt brand new!
We stayed here in December (2007) and loved it. It was beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, warm and had wonderful amenities and plenty of room. The people were so nice to deal with too! We plan on staying here again.

Great Sunny Place
Unit is very well built and quiet from outside noise (winter). Lay-out was great with Master upstairs and two bedrooms ground level below family/dining/and kitchen. Private hot tub and bus service is icing on the cake. Unit extremely well furnished and clean and comfortable. Pleased with everything. Highly recommend.

It is often overlooked because it is 3.5 miles north of town, but the private shuttle service and the peace and quiet are well worth the 3 miles of distance. Loved the location with easy access to Breck and Frisco along with other epic pass mountains to ski. Hourly shuttle to the lifts is so convenient. Townhouse had every amenity we needed for a month long stay. Felt like a second home for sure!

Property was clean, organized and well maintained
our stay was very relaxing. We were two families that each ended up having our own private space as well as the common space to enjoy. The property was well situated between Breckenridge and Frisco which gave us options for dinner. You do need a car even though there is a daily shuttle to Breckenridge. The neighborhood is quiet, which suited us just fine.

This property is often overlooked because it's 3.6 miles north of Breckenridge, but you mentioned some of the advantages such as the quiet location and the proximity to Frisco which gives guests ease of access to their dining and shopping as well as in Breck. We love this home's free neighborhood shuttle for transportation to/from the town and ski resort during the daytime as well. Please come back to Breckenridge and stay with us again soon.
A top vacation home in the mountains.
A top choice for a well furnished, very clean, great location vacation home. A very quiet neighborhood. Not as hectic as many of the homes nearer the two towns of Breckenridge and Frisco. Property is always very clean and well furnished - the Bookbreck staff is great at addressing any issues or concerns.

We are glad you pointed out the great location of this home. So often, guests want to stay close to town or close to the slopes not realizing being in the thick of things can also be hectic and noisy! This home has a free neighborhood shuttle in the winter time and we've had guests who said they will never stay anywhere else and walked less staying here than they would have in a ski-in/ski-out property.
