We chose Park City because we love to ski, hike, bike and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Park City offers a relaxing atmosphere with year-round activities suitable for all ages. The condo has an outstanding location and provides spectacular views of the mountains while sitting on the deck or enjoying the hot tub. Snow Flower is walking distance to fabulous skiing and hiking, with easy access to the Park City free bus system and Main Street.
I stayed at this property with my husband, 3 year old daughter and mom. Everything was clean and access was easy. Sarah was very accommodating and answered our questions in a very timely matter. The best part of this property was its proximity to the slopes... it was literally a couple of steps out back. The only issue was that you could hear the snow cats clearing the snow in the morning... it didn't bother us but it's good to know. The lockers were very practical and the hot tub was close by and a nice way to end the day. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sarah.
My family of 4 really enjoyed Sarah's property. We were able to walk the children to ski school, go back to condo, and still be on slopes by 9:30! We cooked in a couples of nights - the kitchen had everything we needed including a grill. We also were able to ski in for lunch and take off our boots for a quick rest. There is nothing fancy about the condo, but it had everything we needed. The pool was right outside the door (close but not too close) and Coles ski rental was also in walking distance. I had a question while there and Sarah was able to answer it on the spot. We did hear the snow cats in the morning, but the children thought that part was cool (i just wish they wouldn't go in reverse)!
Again, we had a fabulous stay if we go back next year i will definitely call Sarah first!
We stayed 4 nights in this condo- with 2.5 and 4 yr old. This place was PERFECT! Very, very well equipped in the kitchen, bath, etc. Condo is literally a stones throw from multiple lifts. If you have young, beginner skiers then this is the absolute perfect place to stay- you can practice on the base right outside the condo, then take the First Time Lift when ready to hit the beginner slopes. When our kids became tired or cold- no shuttle to worry about, just walk a few steps and home- and you can access the condo through the outdoor porch. Heated pool is outstanding, there are tvs in every room, jacuzzi tub. Plenty of room!
The owner, Sarah, could not have been more helpful prior and during our visit and quickly responded to any inquiry- a wonderful host!
I would, and have, recommended this condo to anyone who wants a convenient, great place in Park City!
Overall a very good property that is in the best position for skiin skiout at PArk City. Bedrooms are a good size. Bathrooms are original but very functional. Kitchen reasonably fitted out for cooking needs. great lounge area. good views onto the ski slopes.
Walking distance to supermarket. Sarah is very helpful and available for any issues.
Would highly recommend this proprty and would certainly stay there again.
Just got home from a great ski trip with 4 other work buddies. This Condo is really nice and Sarah sets you up so that arriving and departing are a breeze. The unit is on the first floor of building #1. That is huge because Building #1 at Snowflower is best ski-in ski-out building. We loved it! We were 50 steps from the Eagle lift every morning!! The unit is perfect for families or for groups such as mine. Very clean with abundant towels, bedding etc. The wifi is trouble free and the Hot Tub and Heated Pool were just the thing after full days of skiing. If you want to go into town for dinner - the shuttle is mere steps away. You will love this place. Thanks Sarah!
My #1 favorite reason for staying in this unit is how close you are to accessing the mtn. It seemed to be as close as 100 ft., at most a 30 second walk once you step off the back patio.
- pool is about 98 degrees in sub-freezing outdoor temps, and hot tub around 102-104 degrees.
- plenty of cooking utensils, also in good condition.
- shelf of condiments in the refrigerator if you're brave or trusting enough.
-comes with spice rack and salt/pepper if you like to cook own meals
- working ice maker in freezer, bin full when we arrived.
- very clean on arrival
- beds were comfortable with clean linens.
- couch you just sink into.
- underground parking space with luggage and shopping carts to transport luggage and groceries.
- less than five minutes to grocery and liquor stores.
- 4-10 minutes to dining, anything from fast food to fancy feasts
There wasn't much I had to complain about, but are a few sub-par items:
- BBQ works, although a bit dated, and did eventually cook our steaks in 20 degree temps.( owner forwarned of this, but may want to upgrade)
- elevators are a little slow and often times we had to press the "door open/door close" when we realised it wouldn'tdo it on it's own.
- No movie channels on cable. There is access, via Bluray Player, to Youtube, Netflix, Vudu and more if you have an account to sign into.
Overall, this is a nice place to stay and reasonably priced. Compared to a much fancier place I've stayed at Lake Tahoe, I was really happily surprised at the kitchen amenities. They even had a garlic press! They could supply more shot glasses also. I would stay here again.
