Location: Old Naples, 2nd Ave. South, between 2nd and 3rd street.
This condo is in a most desirable locations in Old Naples; it is only a couple of blocks to walk down on tree lined street to the Gulf. The beach by our condo does not have high rises, commercial activity, and is very quiet. It is vivid with animal life such as pelicans, dolphins and all kinds of tropical birds. The building is just 3 blocks away from the Fifth Avenue, which is a home to famous shops, restaurants and theater. Also, a few blocks away from the 3rd Street shopping area with outdoor restaurants, boutiques and nightlife. Cambier Park with great tennis courts, the city dock for dining and strolling are within walking distance as well.
Accommodations: This elegant, totally remodeled in 2010, meticulously maintained condo is located on the second floor via a one short flight of steps. The building has only six units and two floors. There is a cozy courtyard isolated from the street, equipped with grills, Wi-Fi and patio furniture. The whole complex has the feeling of a quaint private house.
The master bedroom has a king bed, equipped with a new pillow top mattress, antique furniture and lovely views of Florida palm trees. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, with orthopedically firm mattresses. The two bedrooms have their own newly remodeled bathrooms. The living room has a new 32' LCD TV, CD/DVD player and library of newly published books. It opens to a lanai with a wicker furniture for breakfast and delightful conversations. The kitchen was remodeled in 2012 and is fully equipped with new, stainless steel appliances,
Four beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, and two bicycles are provided in a storage unit on the first floor. The condo is strictly non-smoking, does not allow pets and is not suited for small children. The building doesn't have a pool.

Just spent a most enjoyable month here. The condo is well and attractively furnished and more than lived up to expectations. The location is fabulous whether for beach, restaurants or shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and the weather was perfect. Added to this, the owner was attentive and pleasant. All in all, a great vacation.

It was a great stay, the property was lovely, nicely decorated, had all amenities needed, well maintained, clean and few minutes to all attractions including a short walk to the beautiful beach. We stayed for three weeks so we had the time to see and do a lot!
Fifth and Third avenues were a great place for fine shopping and dinning. The owner provided great customer service and the neighbors were friendly and very welcoming.
We plan on recommending the place to friends and family and would love to repeat that experience.
And to the owner i would like to say thank you for making sure our stay was a nice memorable experience!

beautiful unit: chic yet homey. great location.
I would stay here again. it is a beautiful unit and very comfortable. it has laundry room, bikes, beach stuff included. it is part of two story condominium with only 7 units. unit is clean and well maintained, and Ingrid was always ready to take care of even the smallest problem. 2 blocks to a great beach and 3 blocks to 5th avenue. it is in a beautiful neighborhood of all low rise single family homes with just a sprinkling of condominium buildings. you cannot do better.

Well furnished Olde Naples Condo in Great Location
We spent the month of February at this lovely condo. The location is perfect – within a short walk of both the Gulf Beach and Fifth Avenue with its restaurants and shops. A little more walking brings you to Third Street with more shops and restaurants, or to the Naples Pier. The condo is well-furnished and welcoming. The owner has tried to think of everything you might need in the (gourmet)kitchen as well. She responds quickly to communications and is pleasant and helpful, and very personable. She even had breakfast items for us as we were arriving late! The building has only 6 units, making it quiet and restful. It is an ideal away-from-home condo.
We had a wonderful time in Naples for the month of January 2012. The condo was very cozy and well equipped. Ingrid, the owner, was very accommodating. We enjoyed the quietness yet friendliness of the neighbors. We walked everywhere - beach, town, farmers' market, library, shopping, etc. New Year's Eve was fabulous in Naples. We watched the sunset and fireworks on the beach, then walked to town to enjoy the festivities. I highly recommend this condo.
Quiet and Restful Location
The unit and area described is accurate and the owner is very accommodating and always available by phone or email. The small number of units in the building make for a peaceful visit, but lively entertainment is just ashort walk away to 5th Avenue or 3rd Street.The use of the owners bicycles for shopping and touring could eliminate the need for a car. A wonderful food, meat, and fish market is just a few blocks away and not to be missed. Also not to be missed are the fabulous sunsets just a short walk or bike ride away. This is my second year staying at this unit andI would recommend it to anyone that would enjoy the activites describted in this location.
