ABOUT THIS CONDO. This is a 915 sq. ft. (plus 300 sq. ft. Lanai/Garden) GROUND FLOOR two (2) bedroom condominium in the Honua Kai Konea Tower – recently built in Kaanapali (2008).
This unit features many owner upgrades and offerings over other units such as: beautiful wood tile flooring, keyed lanai door, New - 65" 4k wall mounted living room smart TV, Amazon Echo with Spotify music, a vitamix blender, upgraded shower heads, iHome alarm clocks, bathroom dryer towel rack, bathroom stools, and many other owner supplied goodies for your use such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, a pack n play, bed bumpers, strap on booster seat, etc.
Only the Ground Floor units at Honua Kai offer tall 11' ceilings, oversized lanai's, and very quick and easy access in and out (from the Lanai or condo door) ... no elevators needed. The lanai opens up to lush lawns & walkways with views of the mountain and resort and it has a private relaxing Koi pond off the lanai. My unit is conveniently located in the middle of the resort, within just a few steps to the Konea interior court yard or a quick close 1-2 minute walk to the resort pools and hot tubs. Our room is also close to the fitness center.
This unit features a King Bed in Master, Queen Bed in the Den converted to bedroom, and a Queen sofa sleeper in living, and is perfect for up to 6. Each bedroom and living have their own HD flat screen TV's and cable. In addition, the living room features a wall mounted 65" 4k smart TV and a Blu-Ray DVD player. Wireless AC Fast Internet is also included free of charge.

I grew up and we currently live in Seattle, WA. My wife grew up in the Czech Republic. We have 3 little ones. A handsome 6 year old boy, a beautiful 5 year old girl, and our youngest boy is 2 years old. Our favorite getaway spot is Maui and Honua Kai.

We love Maui and after staying at Honua Kai Resort for the first time in 2009, we fell in love with this place. It was perfect for us. We have always struggled to find a nice condo with all the amenities we were looking for. Honua Kai Resort was the answer for us and that was what initially brought me to purchase my first condo at Honua Kai. Since then I have purchased 5 more ground floor units and now have 6. In my opinion ground floor units are the most convenient and the absolute best. They have quick and easy access to the outside, the pool, and everything else. We just love this place.

Having done many VRBOs before this one is among the best out there!! The condo was clean and exceeded all expectations. The main floor unit made access to the pool area quick and easy and exit to valet was even quicker.
The owner and rep responded immediately to all questions and we had only one minor problem with the wifi which was resolved in under one hour.
Would highly reccomend and will for sure be staying here again in the future!

Excellent stay at Brandon's condo! Everything was seamless. We travel to Maui every 6 months - this was our first time staying at a condo versus a big name resort. Everything exceeded our expectations. We prefer Honua Kai over the Fairmont, Westin Villas, or Sheraton (the usual places we stayed at before)! The condo had everything we needed, beach chairs/umbrellas, well equipped kitchen, spacious layout, comfortable and quiet. Easy to come and go being on the ground floor, which we prefer with two small children. The pools at Honua Kai are excellent and better than at the other big name resorts. The condo itself is well appointed, comfortable beds, nice kitchen with everything you need, great large bathroom, etc. The high speed internet was a plus itself as we brought our AppleTV with us to entertain our kids during downtime. Monty who manages the property for Brandon was very accommodating and easy to contact.
We look forward to being back for whale watching season!
This unit was great for my family (we are 2 adults and 1 toddler). The ground floor lanai provided ample space for my toddler and we enjoyed our breakfast out there every morning.
The unit is centrally located but is very quiet and peaceful. It is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked with basic utensils and cooking supplies so we were able to make several meals there instead of eating out. There were also tons of gear for the beach (chairs, snorkels, even a toddler life-vest).
The owner, Brandon, also checked in to make sure that everything was in working order and was very responsive during the entire process. We loved staying here and would rent it again for future trips to Maui! Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay at Honua Kai, and room 112 was generally very good for my wife, 2 year old daughter and I. It has a double deep Lani, nice lawn, canal and waterfall right outside. Much more private and spacious than the rooms that face into the courtyard. Inside there is plenty of space and it is well appointed. Our only feedback is that there was construction noise coming from upstairs during the mid day (2yr old nap time), but it was relatively short lived and is an indication of further improvement in an already nice building. We would definitely recommend this room and love to return sometime. (The pools, gardens, coy ponds and proximity to the beach are awesome!)
We had a great time at Brandon's place. The place is so roomy, clean and has very comfortable beds. We enjoyed sitting at the Lanai which has a view of the mountains. This resort is quiet & the beach was never crowded at all, actually there were less than 10 people at a given time. Brandon was available all the time to answer any questions. His rates are reasonable for this area. We are already planning on going back. If you stay at this place there are no regrets. Thank you Brandon!!
I have 4 children ages 9,7,5,3 this unit was close to pool and beach front , very nice inside, plenty of room, clean, huge bathroom, highly recommend this to a family that has small kids , my wife loved it. aloha.
