Booking Policies

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

3 night minimum stay is required. (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years reservations require a 7 night minimum stay, or 10 nights if staying over both Christmas and New Years.)

PAYMENT POLICY

3 day deposit is required to confirm reservations. Balance is due upon check-in. All payments are processed by The Heritage Club.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit is fully refundable if reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival, minus any incurred bank or credit card fees. (Christmas and New Years reservations require 60 day notice of cancellation for refund.)

All credit card refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee. All check refunds will be subject to applicable bank fees.

The Heritage Club has the Worlds best Beach. Seaside fresh water salt conversion pool. We are located on the northern, quiet end of Seven Mile Beach.

Ocean Front Condo 2Bed/2Bath….Unit 19 top floor with a view of the fabulous Seven Mile Beach. Corner Unit Great View from all sides! Top floor you do not hear folks walking over your heads , our condo walls are thick so you won't hear your neighbor watching TV and top floors offers better security.

Our condo is a two bedroom two bath villa that sits right on the best part of Seven Mile Beach away from all the crowds... We just added a new Water Filtration for drinking water..so no need to buy bottle water now when you visit our condo

Master bedroom has a king size bed and the quest room has a queen, (also a new roll away bed) each room has

their own full bathroom. Air conditioned, and private

balcony that is screened in with a great view of the Caribbean

We just purchased a new chaise lounger so you don't even have to leave the porch

Heritage Club condo's have

1) Fully equipped kitchen (1 mile to a major grocery store).

2) 2 Televisions with DVD players

3) Washer/dryer in the unit. (I always try to leave detergent for your use)

3) Wi-fi internet free of charge.

4) Our patio/porch is screened in with ceiling fan and light. New chaise lounge

5) Keurig coffee maker/ try to keep a supply of K-Cups for your use and added a Latte espresso machine on 11/15.. (you might want to bring espresso beans)

6) You have the use of an outdoor propane grill by the pool.

7) You can have liquor and grocery delivered.

Our on-site manager, Justin, will greet you and is available to help answer any questions you might have.

We are located about 1 ½ miles north of the Westin….just north of the entrance to the Cayman Islands Yacht Club. If you do not rent a car catching a cab or mini bus in the parking lot of the complex is convenient

Great place to relax!

This condo was a great place for our family of 4 to spend a much-needed week to chill out. Clean, comfortable and well-appointed with wonderful views of the lovely beach and the aqua waters. Justin, the onsite manager, is friendly and informative and was great to work with, making the reservation and check-in process very easy. We appreciated having access to pantry items--e.g., food wraps, coffee filters, paper towels.

Considerations: There is no elevator in the building and no facilities on the beach. There is WiFi but it's slow. The property is on the north end of the island. Beautiful and quiet. The nearest restaurant/bar is

is a 10-minute walk. While there is a bus and there are taxis, they didn't seem to be super convenient so we ended up renting a vehicle which is probably a good idea for Grand Cayman in general.

We included these considerations to help others plan their vacation. However, we heartily recommend this condo, the Heritage Club and Grand Cayman and would definitely stay here again ourselves.

Fabulous!

My husband and our three teen boys loved staying at the Heritage club. The beach was soft and sandy unlike some of the other rockier areas on 7 mile beach. The access to the water was wonderful. It was also not too big and overcrowded which we appreciated./. This is a great spot.

Best Vacation Ever!!!!!!

My husband and I have vacationed here in Grand Cayman since 1990 and found Heritage Club #19 I believe 9 or 10 yrs ago and we will not stay anywhere else! Heaven on Earth! Best condo,Best Beach and best owners and manager ever!!! Since we have stayed up and down the beach and traveled to alot of islands this is saying alot! Wonderful Condo-Spotless, Beautiful and comfortable! Best views from your windows of the gorgeous turquoise blue waters with a sandy bottom that you can walk out into forever! Try to find that anywhere else without rocks or sea weed or fuel fumes from boats or jet skis. It is simply amazing and far enough away from everyone else that not many even stroll down the beach. And yet close to everything! Justin our manager took care of any questions or needs or wants we had outside of the condo. Hooked us up with wonderful boat captains for diving and snorkeling excursions. If you want a quiet, no problems amazing vacation in the best condo on the best beach in the Carribean then quit looking and book now. Seriously, we are very picky and love nice things and my husband likes things to always run smoothly. Justin and the Heritage Club make this happen!!!! Everytime!!!!! Thank you Justin and awesome owners Janel and Tammy! All fine people! #19 is our home away from home!!!

Idyllic Beach away from the Madding Crowds

The Heritage Club was perfect for our family (with teenagers) holiday. As a first time to the Cayman's we wanted to hit the main tourist spots, dive, snorkel and just relax. This condo provided exceptional access to all of this and more. Unit 19 is very comfortable and well maintained. It has a very well appointed kitchen to allow meals to be prepared in or take a short drive to some excellent restaurants. The screened balcony is brilliant for sitting out in the evening with a light on to read or visit. it also works great for the few minutes at sunrise and sunset a few bugs come out. The complex is a perfect size to allow for creature comforts and still be small enough to strike up conversations with visitors and owners alike. The units and grounds are perfectly maintained thanks to the resident manager and his fantastic staff. You feel guilty walking on the freshly raked beach or use the sparkling clean BBQ. You may get the occasional person walking past from another complex nearby otherwise the beach is virtually yours to enjoy. The complex may not be for a young family who wants to run and scream all day at the pool or around the grounds, but if they are well behaved and just having fun like two young families that where there at the same time as us, you will be well accepted. The beach is perfect just as the pictures show. The dive company we dove with had a private dock 3-5 minutes to the north and the dive sites on seven mile beach are only minutes away. The Heritage Club and the Cayman's alike get very high reviews from all of our family. We hope to return soon.

Perfect Family Vacation

We wanted to get away from the cold weather in our hometown, so we decided to book a trip to the beautiful Cayman Islands. This was our first time in the Caymans and it was wonderful! The Heritage Club was amazing. We stayed in Unit 19 and condo was perfect for our family. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The location could not be better. It was close to great restaurants and local grocery stores. The beach was private and absolutely beautiful! Justin the property manager was wonderful. He was so attentive and was very helpful with questions and recommendations around the island. We will definitely be back!

Picture Perfect Vacation

This condo is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. It has an awesome third floor view of Seven Mile Beach. There is plenty of lounging around the pool and on the sand with access to shade if needed. The water is crystal clear with snorkeling right out front. Staring out at the turquoise water and watching beautiful sunsets never got old. Will definitely plan a repeat vacation here!
