Our completely and thoughtfully renovated Killington trailside condo is perfect for a family or couples getaway! Ski directly out the back door for access to all of Killington's six mountains and over 70 miles of ski trails. Ski home for lunch and avoid the shuttles, base lodges and parking.

Featuring 2 en-suite bedrooms with full private baths including steam shower and heated floor, living room with fireplace & queen sleeper, remodeled & fully appointed kitchen, high speed WI-FI internet, dining area, laundry and balcony with views, you'll find ideal accommodations for a relaxing or adventurous retreat to the Green Mountains!

Sunrise Mountain Village is Killington's premier ski on/off village, located in the heart of the Green Mountain ski country with access to attractions in all directions. You'll enjoy an abundance of resort amenities and activities. Ski out the back of the condo to the easy green Sundog trail and down to the Sunrise triple chair (free access - no lift ticket required!), then up to Bear Mountain and access to Killington's six peaks. Ski home at lunch or the end of the day for a unique on-mountain experience, no vehicles, parking lots and hassle! Visit the commons for indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, steam room, gym or swing by Sunrise Cafe for lunch or dinner.

Summer & Fall at Sunrise

Sunrise Village at Killington is also a great place for a summer or fall foliage vacation! You can find many activities for all ages such as golfing at Green Mountain National or Killington's golf course; hiking at Pico, Killington, Deer's Leap, or the Long Trail; biking at Killington or Pico; swimming a short drive to either the Chittenden Dam, or Echo Lake; fishing in our nearby rivers such as the White River or Ottaquechee River; or have a fun day at the new Adventure Center with all season mountain coaster, lift served biking, zip line and more. Private amenities such as an outdoor pool, tennis courts and the Falls Brook Common Clubhouse which offers an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center and wi-fi internet. Killington also operates the K1 gondola for great sight seeing or downhill mountain biking!

Great location. Updated condo w/owner easily accessible.

Great location at Sunrise condos. Plenty of space for my wife and our 3 boys (ages 5-10). Most of the day was spent on the slopes, but skiing home to the pool at the clubhouse was a treat for the kids.

Plenty of firewood provided for the cold nights and updated kitchen & bathrooms were a nice treat. Great shower in master!

Ski trail was a short walk at the end of the driveway. Owner was very helpful and easy to reach with questions.

Property was "OK" but ad/owners lies about amenities.

The biggest issue is the owner held back an agreed upon partial refund to try and get 4 stars, so this review is costing me $200.00. Maybe that is how he gets all his better ratings?The condo had some updates (steam shower, tv's) but overall was dated. Beds were not comfortable and I have seen better couches in people's front yards. I would give the condo a solid 3. Fireplace was nice! If you want 4 or 5 stars look elsewhere. The biggest issue we had was the blatant lie about the pool and hot tub. First, they are about a half mile away and they were both closed for the season when we got there. We called owner and he knew they were closed but never told us. We had our young son with us and he really wanted to swim on his spring break. He offered 50.00 per night discount. We were there already and bought lift tickets so we were stuck. Other properties (with pools) were half his rate. Also, condo is not ski in/out all the time. We had to drive three miles to closest lift (not owners fault but could be transparent in ad????). Again we feel we paid for something that was advertised but we didn't get ( though we know the Mother Nature determines) but owner could say be prepared to drive and park each day ( there are no shuttles).

Lots of other food left in refrigerator and freezer, hard to recall whose was whose after a day. This should be emptied after each guest I would think? There is really not much of a view from the deck ( condo is middle ) but there is a great view of Bear Mtn from front parking lot. Overall the place is a lite 3 but with an owner like this it drops to a 1. Look elsewhere at these prices to get better quality and truthfulness.

Owner's Response: In six years and hundreds of guests this is my first non-positive review. My condo is located in Sunrise Village, near the Sundog trail and Sunrise triple chair. Killington strives to operate the sunrise triple from the December holiday typically through first weekend in April or the Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge, but offers no guarantees or advance date commitments. The recreation center with pools, hot tubs and gym is located at the base of the Sunrise lift about 1/4 mile down the Sundog trail or road from my condo. The recreation center typically closes between the end of April and June for maintenance. This particular guest booked April 14th at half the in-season rental rate per night. I immediately advised the guest in writing at the time of his booking that the Sunrise triple may be closed in Mid April and offered a free cancellation if the guest chose. The guest declined my offer. Upon guest arrival I was met with accusations of misrepresentation and demands for discounts comparing my newly renovated condo to off-mountain last-minute under $90/night offers. Both my condos were booked this weekend and Killington offered fresh soft snow and 70+ trails. Bear mountain lifts were running within 1/2 mile of Sunrise and Killington's Sunrise rental rates were posted above my own rates and was shared with guest. All reasonable compromises were attempted with this guest and all were met with belligerence and threats of negative reviews if I didn't discount his stay by an additional 50% off the already non-peak rates. His agenda was clear. The Sunrise lift is reliably open late December through first weekend in April weather permitting. There are no misrepresentations on my listings, my reviews are 100% authentic and I'd encourage any questions on amenities or lifts any time. Cheers Ryan

Cozy slope side condo

The condo was nice and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great....very convenient to the Bear Mountain lift. Only wish Mother Nature had cooperated a little to let us take advantage of the trails by the condo! We would definitely consider this condo again if we return to Killington.

Comfortable place with good family vibe

The place was as described. Comfortable bedrooms and nicely appointed bathrooms, but the living area was a bit small. Loved the drop area as you enter to off load our ski coats and boots. The kitchen was a nice size and well stocked with plenty of cooking gear. There were items in the fridge and food in the cabinets that I assumed belonged to the homeowner. Plenty of firewood was available. We didn't get to use the ski in/out option as it was not the right time of the year for snow on that side of the mountain. Would stay here again in the future.

Fees include all linens, towels, paper, soap and cleaning products. Sports center pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant access, and the Sunrise lift is available to all guests free of charge. Check out time of 11am and is strictly enforced or additional fees may be charged.
