The location to the pool was really nice and it was nice that our balcony overlooked the pool, made it easy to watch kids from there. I have never been to a place that had so many rules at the pool! They actually had lifeguards that carried clipboards and timed you how long you were away from your towels on your chairs and if you were gone very long they moved your stuff! The kids couldn't toss their balls in the water, they had to be inflated balls. They had twin lifeguards that were plain mean to the kids. Not happy, only went to pool 3 days couldn't take the atmosphere.
The condo was okay, kitchen is really nice and the main living space was good, but the bedrooms and bathrooms need major updating, especially the middle bedroom, the mattress sunk to the middle and our sheets had a blood stain on them, yuck, the bedspread had a rip in it too.
The closet with beach toys were a joke everything we tried to use out of there had a hole in it.
The beach is not that far but the treck down three flights of stairs are a challenge at best. Then the complex only has a little section of the beach so there are five rows of chairs and umbrellas and very crowded. We found going down to the Deer Lake park had a really nice beach area and you could sit where ever you wanted.
Location, location , location is what this place has going for it. There were all kinds of cute shops and entertainment all walking distance from the condo. That was very convenient and it was just a short drive or bike ride to neighboring beach communities that we enjoyed visited especially Seaside.
This was our first time to Panama City Beach and I think we will go back to Okaloosa Island or Gulf Shores. Sorry!
Our family extremely enjoyed our stay. The beautiful condo was as described and just like the pictures. We had room to spread out and room to be together. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversations and card games. We had four teenagers and a 9 yr old and they especially enjoyed walking to the Sea Crest shopping area in the evenings to get ice cream and listen to the nightly live music. We also rented some bicycles for sightseeing. The beach and pool were pretty crowded which surprised us. We thought it would not be as crowded without the high rise condos we stayed in before at other locations. The only trouble we had was the wifi was not working. However, Sarah had a serviceman come and take care of it. I was impressed with her response. We would definitely return to this unit!
This was our first time to Seacrest and we couldn't have picked a better place! We have a 2 yr. old and 4 yr. old, so the location could not have been better! We loved being right there by the pool (which couldn't have been more perfect for our kids!) and just a short walk or tram ride to the beach. Having a pack-n-play there was fantastic and even though we didn't use it, the high chair is a big plus! There were 4 adults besides the children, so everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The listing and photos are exact. Sarah was wonderful to work with, as many people have stated in the reviews. She was always available and gave us a lot of good, useful info prior to our trip. We would definitely rent this property again!
This was our first time to visit this part of the coast, and we had a great time! The condo was as described, and Sarah was a pleasure to do business with! In fact, she went that extra mile to retrieve and mail our four year old grandson's brownie blanket back to him! We will definitely make a return visit!
We just returned from our week at Villas at Seacrest Beach and we were very happy with our accommodations. I found the owner to be extremely great to work with and very responsive. The condo was exactly as described in the vrbo listing and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of room in the main living area, we had a total of 13 people and we didn’t feel cramped or on top of each other. The balcony is spacious, has very nice furniture to enjoy the beautiful view of the many pools offered on this site. The listing doesn’t say enough about the pools, there are 6 pools that all connect which makes keeping track of the kids easy and tons of open pool space to enjoy. The condo was clean and had all the extras to make our stay enjoyable. The condo had a ton of kids toys and several beach chairs which were not listed in the details but was a very nice perk and we used them daily. The location to the beach was as described, it is across the street from the beach and a tram is available, very quick to come when called, which we utilized daily to carry all our beach supplies. The one part that was difficult with small children is the many stairs going down to the beach, a bit hard to carry all the toys, coolers, chairs, etc but if you don’t mind a short walk to the beach you will enjoy this location. Being right next to Rosemary beach was perfect for our group, as we love to ride bikes to the stores and local restaurants. We enjoyed dining at Cowgirl kitchen, Summer Kitchen restaurant and cute little Grocery story on the Rosemary strip that serves breakfast and lunch was a great find as well as the Charlie’s donut truck in Alys Beach. We had a poor dining experience at La Cocina Mexican Grill and would not recommend it. The weather was beautiful which made our week very nice and relaxing… I would definately recommend this condo and would return
My family and I went back to Sarah's place for the third time this past Labor Day weekend. As always, we were not disappointed. I had saw where the previous review had comments about the cleaning. Whoever is the new cleaning crew is awesome! Everything was super clean. As for the appliances, we could tell several were replaced, including the frig and the flat screen tv. Very well up to date and working properly. We have 3 boys and they all brought a friend each. So between the beach and the huge pool, everyone was happy. My wife and I went walking each morning thru Rosemary Beach and down to Alys Beach. Just another awesome experience staying at Sarah's condo at Seacrest on 30A. As she knows, we'll def be back!
