About SANDFORD BOYCE
My family has lived in Harbor Springs for nearly 100 years. I know this area well and have put many of my favorite places and activities on the map for you to enjoy.
SANDFORD BOYCE purchased this Condo in 2010
Why SANDFORD BOYCE chose West Traverse
My Grandmother spent the summer of 1923 in Northern Michigan because she had a very sick infant who needed fresh air and cool nights. The doctor had told Granny that her son might not make it thru the hot, pollen-laden summer heat of Louisville. Granny was so pleased with the climate and her child's return to health, that she bought a cottage that year and spent every summer in Harbor Springs until she died in 1983. My mother who was a teacher carried on the tradition.

What a fabulous stay
Our family was very comfortable at this lovely condo. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and bedding were very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a nicer, cozier place to lay our heads. The communication before the rental was excellent and we were very well informed and welcomed. Thank you Sandy. We will definitely be back!
A Memorable Experience
This beautiful condo in downtown Harbor Springs is one the best accommodations we have had an opportunity to rent in our over 30 years of vacationing in the Little Traverse Bay area. This Main Street condo is very spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The owner/manager seemed to anticipate what their guests would need to guarantee a memorable experience and provided it. The offer to select a bottle of wine at the Gurney’s store across the street was an added bonus.
Harbor Springs is a convenient location for us. Petoskey, Charlevoix, Walloon Lake, Boyne Highlands and Cross Village are all a short drive from the condo. So many attractions to choose from! We look forward to returning.
Relaxing! Very comfortable and clean
We love staying at this property. It’s bright it’s clean we can just walk out the front door and were in downtown Harbor Springs we don’t have to get in the car every time we want to go somewhere, close to great restaurants and of course the beautiful water. We usually stay at this facility twice a year and we will keep doing so as long as they will have us back.
Spacious in-town condo with great views
This condo is well appointed and meticulously maintained. Beds (and all furnishings) are very comfortable. Shops and restaurants are just steps away.
Great place to stay in Harbor Springs! Clean, bright and great location.
We spend every weekend in Harbor Springs so we thought we knew everything. We had overflow at our house so we found this place to rent for a weekend. The place was so neat and clean. Convenient to all this great about Harbor Springs. The windows are large so the place felt so bright and open. Quality everything! Sheets, towels, coffee, furniture - all quality. I would buy this place if it was for sale. Harbor Springs is an amazing place and so was this apartment. I loved the maps on the wall (I found them online to buy) and I LOVED the Virgil Haynes photos. I learned so much about Harbor. Sandford made sure we were set with everything.
Thanks Mom! Just kidding. Perfect review.
Wonderfully relaxing venue offering activities or solitude. Very friendly community makes you feel welcome.
Check the map for nearby locations of some of the activities noted above.
