Great one bedroom apartment located in a turn of the century brick townhouse in the center of it all in beautiful Dupont Circle. Dupont Circle is the most central and most vibrant neighborhood in Washington DC. The apartment is located one block from the Dupont Circle Redline Metro station which makes it very convenient to the airports, monuments, museums, and the rest of the city. The apartment is completely and beautifully furnished and features sofabed in living room, fully equipped kitchen, central air and heat, DSL with wifi, cable tv with dvd player in living room and bedroom and cd player. The bedroom has a queen size bed and ample storage. In addition, there is a full size stack washer/dryer in the apartment.

My family and I have lived in the neighborhood for the last 20 years. We love this area and are happy to assist our guests in any way possible.
The Owner purchased this apartment in 1998
Spent 2 weeks there: good location, perfect attention from Dennis and Al, who satisfied all requirements, sunny and very agreeable place for perfect rest and visit a most wonderful city.
Sure this will not be my last time there!
Thank you so much !
We were on track to rent a unit on U St. for our family of 4.5 (my daughter lived in DC so she only slept over a few nights), but we had some reservations about the size of the unit.
Dennis (the manager) noted our concern and slipped us into this bigger place after one of
his other rentals wanted to downsize. It worked out great for us! The property was very clean and furnished nicely, in a quiet upscale neighborhood within walking distance of Dupont circle. If the weather is nice, there is an outside patio to lounge or entertain on. The ONLY downside of this property for someone older might be a fairly steep stairway, since it is a second floor apartment. One of the best vacation rentals we've had yet, at a very competitive price. We would definitely stay there again.
My husband, 18 yr. old daughter and I spent a week in this apartment. We were very happy with our stay there. It's a great location and the owner was very helpful. The photos are accurate. It's on the top (or third) floor with plenty of daylight, it has a nice kitchen that is well equipped for simple cooking, the bedroom is on a back alley (that can be a bit noisy - at least for country folk) and the hot water takes a while to make it's way to the top floor. It's close to many good restaurants (as well as grocery stores), the metro and to the Phillips Collection. We'd gladly rent it again and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind walking, some stairs and appreciates the beautiful, old row houses.
We had a great week on Dupont Circle, celebrating Xmas with family and friends. Our two grown children live in DC, so the apt was a great place to hang out, cook meals, and bake Xmas cookies together. The kitchen was wonderful, the owner very helpful - all our needs were met. My husband and I travel to DC several times a year for research and family visits. We'll definitely contact this owner again in the future. The proximity to Metro, Safeway, Whole Foods and Kramerbooks made this location exceptional!
We visited DC recently and spent 4 days in this wonderful apartment. We really loved the layout and amenities. The hardwoods, granite and furniture were all very nice. The apartment was in fantastic shape,
The location of the apartment was perfect. It was a very short walk from the metro stop. The apartment is right around the corner from a shopping street that had many restaurants. We were also very happy to find a few places that had Karaoke.
Dennis was great - it was a pleasure to work with him.
I would highly recommend this place to others. I would love to stay here again in the future.
After looking at hotels in DC, my friend and I decided to try VRBO. We got this great apartment in Dupont Circle. A great way to stay in DC, having the all the comforts of home. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and looked recently renovated. The photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. You could not beat the location. My girl friend and I felt safe walking in the neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a Whole Foods Market and CVS within two blocks. The metro was two blocks away at Dupont Circle, but if you are a walker, no problems walking to the White House and museums.
I will definitely rent this apartment again when I come to DC and would recommend it to family and friends. The owner was helpful, very accommodating and knowledgable about his neighborhood.
