This 140 square meter (1500 square feet) three-bedroom three-bathroom triplex apartment is located on the 4th floor in a charming and newly renovated five-story townhouse (together with 2br 2ba VRBO Listing #303342), steps from Saint Sulpice, Saint Germain des Près, and the lovely Jardin de Luxembourg. The house is found on one the most prestigious addresses in Paris - the elegant, quiet, wide and very safe Rue de Tournon (also home to the French Senate and the Garde Républicaine). There are only two residential units on the top floors of this building, and both of them belong to the same owner. The bottom floors are occupied by a discrete art gallery open only by appointment.

This flat was fully renovated recently by an interior designer using the finest materials and finishes, including a top of the line made-to-measure kitchen with Lacanche stove, marble countertops, antique oak and slate floors, custom wood library, and luxurious bathrooms finished in marble, antique teak floors, tumbled marble tiles, and with Horus faucets.

All bedrooms are quiet and face to an interior courtyard.

The apartment has a west exposure and the living room, dining room and terrace are flooded with sunshine all afternoon until sunset (which occurs around 10pm in the summer!).

There is air conditioning in all rooms.

The unit can sleep up to 7 people (including an air bed for one person).

Light daily cleaning (except Sundays) is mandatory and included in the price. Full cleaning at the end of your stay is also included.

For security purposes, the flat is not recommended for children below 7-years old. Should you want to bring a child, you will be requested to sign a letter acknowledging that you take full responsibility.

Please note that Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 are accessed through a covered outdoor passageway on the fifth floor. The passageway is approximately 3-4 meters (10 feet) long, covered by a permanent roof and in the winter on the sides by chic Moroccan tenting material. See fifth floor floorplan below - specifically the passageway between the kitchen and bedrooms.

This apartment is ideally situated in the middle of all the best that the left bank has to offer! Rue de Tournon is the continuation of the very central Rue de Seine, which runs through the heart of St Germain des Pres. The closest metro stops are Odeon and Mabillon, both which are a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment. The beatiful Jardin de Luxembourg is a one minute walk away from the flat as is the Eglise Saint Sulpice. The Carrefour de L'Odeon is a two minute walk away, and a little farther (five minutes on foot) is the Eglise Saint Germain and Cafe de Flore.

Magical Tournon Getaway!

Our Paris vacation in August could not have been better. Not only did we fall in love with city and attractions, but our apartment was comfortable, unique and fantastic. We were 2 couples and a preteen. 3 bedrooms and baths on separate levels worked out perfectly. The apartment is very well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the terrace and it's view of the Eiffel Tower with some wine and cheese, especially at night. The neighborhood is quiet, and just a quick walk to the Luxembourg Gardens, shops, restaurants, markets, metro, and attractions. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment. Would love to come back.

Great Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is exactly as described, very spacious in a great location in Saint Germain. I would recommend it to family groups who are looking for an apartment that offers them both separate spaces that offer real privacy and a large area for everybody to relax together. The balcony area is lovely and would be even better in a bit warmer weather at night. Ludovic was great with communication and follow up on any questions. Thanks for a nice stay!

Great apartment in a great neigborhood!

Great apartment, great location. Street is very quiet and residential, but walkable to many of our favorite attractions and neighborhoods. Apartment was beautifully furnished, and had a great layout - we had plenty of room for a family of 5. The owner and manager were both very responsive whenever we had questions. Great neighborhood and property

Really neat apartment in a great neighborhood, easy walking distance to shops, cafes, metro, and Jardin Luxembourg. The owner, Monsieur Ludovic, was very easy to work with as well. There are lots of steps to navigate, so be prepared - we used a recommended car service and the driver helped with my family's baggage, which was fantastic! I sat on the terrace with coffee or a glass of wine several mornings and evenings, marveling at the view of St. Sulpice and the Eiffel Tower (especially during the nightly light shows). Definitely would consider staying here again in the future.

Live like a Parisian Elite

Loved to feel like a Parisian elite in this apartment.

Location, the art on the walls, and the views are a constant reminder of why Paris is Paris, and why this apartment is so memorable and marking.

I work in real estate and have an idea of what lies around that area and it was something of a dream come true to live in th center of it all for 5 days.

The kitchen is amazing and we bought local produce and cooked for some friends while we were there. The flat is great for dinners with a large table and great kitchen. The weather was too cold but next time we'll use the outdoor space for that as well.

I didn't feel like a tourist for a second. Thanks Ludovic and above all thank you Paris for living up to expectations!

Refundable damage deposit $611.62

Those rates are our lowest rates. Please contact us for an accurate quote which will vary depending on the length of stay, the time of year, etc.

Rates include light daily cleaning and full cleaning at the end of the stay.

Rates above are applicable for six person occupancy. Each additional person staying in the unit will incur a charge of EUR100 per night.

To book the house, you need to pay 50% of the rental charges upfront. This 50% deposit is non refundable.
The remaining 50% needs to be paid 4 weeks before check in day and is also non refundable once paid.
We accept payments via the HomeAway/ VRBO platform, paypal or direct bank transfers.

Right before checking in, we require that you send us the security deposit (2500 euros). We will send you a Paypal invoice and you will simply need to pay with your credit card. Paypal is best as it does not charge any fees on either side when the money is credited back to the same account. Should Paypal be complicated, you could also pay this deposit with a credit card via the HomeAway/ VRBO platform.
This security deposit will be returned to you upon your departure so long as the apartment is in good condition.
