The fully equipped kitchen area has a full size stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The living area has a 27' TV w/VCR and a queen size sleeper sofa. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the pool, gulf waters and tropical foliage while relaxing on the screened in lanai. There are 3 Social/Common areas w/a big screen TV, tables, chairs and couches. Amenities include: Pool w/sundeck, BBQ area, exercise room, washer/dryer facilities and a covered parking space. Experience the beauty and serenity of Marco Island. Came down to Marco 1st week of July. Condo owner was very easy to work with. Access was a breeze and condo was perfect. It's location was quiet and had private beach access which was used daily. We had covered parking which during this heat was a great asset. Condition of the unit was perfect. Will definitely stay there again! Thanks, Bernie!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Great location. Very quiet. Appreciate easy beach access and nice pool area. Have stayed in other condos in this building and this one is the best. Appreciated access to owner if needed.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

This is not the first time that my husband and I have stayed in this property on Marco Island and it won't be the last. We really enjoy this property b/c it is perfectly located to EVERYTHING! The beach is just down a private entrance...and OH MY the beach is stunning! This is the place you must go for tranquility and an escape from the everyday grind for sure. For all the non-beach goers, there is a very nice/large/well-kept pool at the property as well.

The condo itself was perfect for just the two of us, and as is standard for all of Bernie & Sheryl's properties, this condo had everything we needed for our week long stay. (got some much needed R&R in those comfy beach chairs and we enjoyed playing with the frisbee on the beach too. Thanks for thinking of everything for your guests!) We took daily walks around the island and enjoyed the fact that we could literally walk to breakfast/lunch/ or dinner if we wanted. The property manager was friendly and welcoming too. He recommended sites we should see and restaurants we shouldn't miss (OH MY WORD THAT BREAKFAST AT DOREEN'S CUP OF JOE IS OUTSTANDING!!!) We will continue to return to the beautiful Island of Marco for many years to come, and we will ALWAYS search for properties of Bernie & Sheryl Weber.

Great Beach Access!

The owner Bernie is so easy to work with and the unit is perfect for a get away. You have a kitchen if you want to stay in. You are close to restaurants and other activities. The pool and grill area are very nice. Subset Grille is right across the beach with amazing sunset views and good food and drinks. The city upgraded the beach so it is nice and fluffy again. The private white sand beach access across the street is awesome! Lots of dolphins every day and kayak, sailboat, Jet ski and chair rentals on beach.
