This property was perfectly located for restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Apartment is well kept and very clean. Full kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable bed. Excellent parking. Owner excellent to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location

This unit is fabulously located in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to the Pearl District, and the streetcar is just a few blocks away, so there is no need for a car to get around the whole downtown area. It's clean and simple; my wife and I both found the bed comfortable and slept well, though the frame is a bit noisy when getting in and out or shifting around. Furniture is also comfortable though well used. I'd suggest that Vladimir update the bath cabinet and sink as they reflect the age of the house and unit while the rest of it has been mildly updated.
