Boating, fishing, relaxing lifestyle and spectacular views!
Full service marina, nearby restaurants, boating, fishing, relaxing atmosphere.
The gentlemen showed up with a naughty pet without permission and scratched up the floors and chewed the outdoor furniture. I gave him a full refund for the week he was suppose to rent at the end of that month. The other reviews will reflect the satisfaction of my guests.
This was a very upscale well appointed and supplied vacation home. Very convenient having a boat dock and being right across street to community pool. Shopping very close by.
Our family enjoyed our stay and will cherish the family memories made while there.
My wife and I live in the Tampa area so this was I nice short ride but it’s a world away! We love to go places that we can have the boat in the water and go exploring – The Boca Grande area is beautiful for that. We spent the days cruising the intercostal, out in the Gulf, and hanging out on a sandbar raft up spot at the inlet.
The villa is large and airy, beautifully decorated, and has top of the line appointments throughout. Lovely views from the many decks and out every window. We had two of our adult kids with us for a few of the days we stayed. The kitchen is large with everything needed to cook up some nice meals. The bedrooms/baths are also large with comfy linens and towels. Plenty of room for way more people than we had in our group. The pool is just across the way out the front door.
We trailered our boat and it was a quick ride from a nearby public boat ramp to the dock behind the villa. The dock is on a calm canal, is well kept, included poles with bumpers, plenty of cleats, water/electric, and ladders. Lots of fun to watch the fish jumping all day and night. A full service marina is also right there – very convenient to fuel up and grab some supplies.
The owner was very responsive to our questions and made the stay very easy – we would definitely return again in the future for another visit.
We had a wonderful vacation this house is fabulous and will meet all of your needs, it's also great to walk out your back door and step in your boat. This was our second stay here and will be back again.
We rented the house for 2 weeks and had a nice time. Afterwards, she kept my full security deposit because she claimed damages were done to a wall behind a door from the door knob, damages to a wicker porch chair and scratches on the floor from a dog. She claimed no other damages. I requested pics and docs of the damages. She sent a pic of the minor wall damage, which I actually knew had occurred during my stay...and told her as much, and I conceded the point, but, as there was no door stop and it was obvious that it had been patched before for the same reason...I requested the repair invoice and agreed to pay for half. She also send a pic of the minor wicker chair damage, which I did not notice during my stay, but, I concede that point, as well. I agreed to pay the depreciated value of the wicker chair, which was fairly old. Also, a 20 lb puppy did visit the house...but was there for less than an hour and I told her that it was highly doubtful that it did any damage to the floor. I have never received pics nor docs regarding any damage to the floor, and I received no docs regarding the minor damages to the wall and chair...just the pics. I guess she felt it was ok to withhold my security deposit without the requested documentation as to "why?" The place was ok...but be careful!
What a beautiful and spacious home this is! The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The sofa is super-comfy. The decorative details, such as the tilework in each bathroom and the unique ceiling fans, are lovely. I highly recommend!
Lots of room in a great location. It is across the road from the pool. Near Boca Grande yet quiet and secluded. High end appliances and a great kitchen. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend this location.
