Completely furnished, first level corner unit in an elegant gated condo community. Enjoy sipping you coffee each morning on the patio overlooking the pool or taking in the incredible views of Squaw Peak. You will enjoy a king-size bed in the master bedroom with attached full bath and plenty of closet space. Go out on the patio that connects to both bedrooms and enjoy the quietness. There are two twin beds in the other bedroom with walk-in closet and storage. The living room has a sectional with reclining chairs and pull out couch with a queen size bed. Enjoy the warmth of an electric fireplace to take the chill out of the air while rocking in the rocker recliner. The hot tub is just steps away. Feel the seclusion, but enjoy the convenience of being 12 minutes from the airport and shopping at the Biltmore area. The condo is within walking distance to the Squaw Peak Hilton, Gallaghers, and Aunt Chilladas which are all great dining places.
Amenities: Internet, air conditioning, Utilities (water & electric) 3 cable TV's, VCR & DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with MW, DW, W & D, stove, refrigerator/freezer, and garbage disposal. Private covered parking space, BBQ grills, hot tub, and pool- just minutes from the front door.
Activities:Hiking biking, golf, fitness center nearby, wildlife viewing, shopping, and swimming. Restaurants you can walk-Pointe Hilton at Squaw Peak, Squaw Peak Mt.
Preserve, walk/run along the central canal. Grocery store, salon, and bank nearby.
Our stay was wonderful. Close to everything that you might want to get to. Eating places, grocery store, parks are all within walking distance. Bus service is there also. The condo was very clean and easy to move around. Front patio faces the pool and hottub. The condo has everything that you might need to be comfortable and homey. Looking forward to coming back.
We had a great experience staying at this clean and well-kept condo. Everything was just as advertised. As others have commented, it is right by the pool. The complex is quiet and in a great location. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
My wife and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time staying in this condo. We were pleasantly surprised as to how quiet the entire condo complex was. The condo itself has very nice furnishings and is supplied with everything you need. The pool and hot tub are literally just a few steps away from the front door. There is a park a quarter mile away with an exercise circuit. There are plenty of hiking trails within easy walking distance to the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. A wide range of bicycle trails, bike lanes, and canal bank bikeways provide access to areas all over the metro Phoenix area.
A Safeway, Walgreen's, and Sprout's are nearby along with a wide range of excellent restaurants. We loved the time we spent in this condo and plan on returning year after year. The owner was very thoughtful, prompt, and thorough in communicating with us. It was easy to work with her. We highly recommend this condo.
This is a perfect place to stay in Phoenix! My husband and I spent the summer here with our two tween girls, and everyone loved it! It's located in a safe, quiet area, close to grocery stores and shopping with easy access to the AZ51 freeway.
This is a beautiful condo, very clean and well stocked with supplies. The unit is tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of storage with two walk-in closets. The well maintained pool and hot tub are right out the front door, our girls also really enjoyed the water slide and lazy river at the Hilton next door.
The owners are great people, quick to answer any questions and very helpful. When one of our daughters required an unexpected hospital stay, they graciously allowed us to extend the length of our stay. We also found that the Phoenix Children's Hospital is less than 5 miles away, which was very convenient.
This is a great place to stay, we would highly recommend it to couples and families, and we all hope to return.
This property is very well located in Phoenix for the golfer or vacationer. Easy access to Scottsdale, Glendale, and the airport. We were no more than 30 minutes from all the golfing, sports entertainment and shopping that we could handle.
The condo is well kept, clean and stocked with everything you need for a good stay. The pool is large, very clean and not crowded. The outdoor barbeque provided the means for an excellent steak dinner one evening! Food shopping and restaurants are close.
The owner is great to deal with by providing prompt and clear information on the rental and the surrounding area.
I highly recomment this property for your next vacation.
Heading to Phoenix in April 2013 - this will be our fourth year at this great condo. One of the best features is that this condo only gets better - always spotless, wonderfully equipped, great location for shopping, sightseeing, walking trails, biking areas and just plain relaxing by the pool. This is a quiet, secure area with many great restaurants within walking distance or just a short car ride away. So check in, kick off your shoes and be prepared to relax and enjoy much as we have done for the past three years.
