This townhome is cozy, quiet and spacious with close access to Sanibel and Ft. Myers beaches and all Fort Myers has to offer: boating, swimming, shopping, restaurants, nature and golf as well as hospitals and doctors. It is conveniently located adjacent to the nicely refurbished heated pool, so swimming is right outside your door! The unit has a kitchen with updated appliances and a separate large dining room for comfortable meals with family and friends. A sunny enclosed sunporch provides additional space for games, computer,(wifi included) or sleeping if needed. Peppertree Pointe is a one of a kind quaint community with a private fishing pier, picnic area and sandy beach on the Caloosahatchee River. You can walk to the river and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. There is also tennis and a marina available.

About Owner/ Manager

Hello. We are a family from Long Island, New York. We purchased this townhouse seven years ago to be closer to family in Fort Myers, but would like to share it with others who enjoy the warm winters of southwest Florida. I am a special education teacher and my husband is a retail store owner/manager.

Why Owner/ Manager chose Fort Myers

My parents retired to Fort Myers in 1995. We spent many years vacationing in their home. When an opportunity came up to purchase a townhouse closer to the beaches and Sanibel, we grabbed the opportunity. We know the area well and found the Iona area to be a desirable location to everything we enjoy. Peppertree Pointe is the community we wanted to be in with its proximity to the river, beaches, shops and restaurants.

What makes this townhome unique

The heated pool is steps away from the townhome so you don't have to pack anything; just bring a towel! The walking path around the lake is perfect for a stroll. The grounds are level, so walking and biking are effortless. The courtyard is a perfect outdoor space if you want privacy.

Quiet retreat

We stay in this lovely townhouse for a couple of weeks every October. It's always a clean, bright, and a comfortable place to stay. The quiet community pool is conviently located right outside the door. We love the walking paths around the lake, especially at sunset on the pier. All the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Meadowlark Cove is very close to the bridge to Sanibel island and it's amazing beaches. The owners, Ron and Jodie are always wonderful to work with and always attentive and courteous to our needs. We will definitely rent this unit again.
