I am a real estate broker in Atlanta and work for Harry Norman Real Estate agency.
Teri Berkes purchased this condo in 2007
I felt that it was a good investment because of the location to Atlanta attractions and businesses.
You can walk to the attractions and leave your car parked in your reserved parking space. You can enjoy an Atlanta Falcons game or Atlanta Braves game and walk to nearby restaurants and shopping and Georgia Aquariam, World of Coke, Georgia World Congress Center, Olympic Park, Phillips Arena and Children's Museum.
This condo has it all….location, convenience, comfort and price. The unit was spotless and had all the touches of home. All the attractions were within walking distance and we will definitely stay here on our next trip to Atlanta. Teri was great to work with and we look forward to returning. Highly recommend!
Loved all of the new touches Teri has added to the condo. Stay here every year when we come to Atlanta and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Teri is a great person to work with, too.
Tons of restaurants and other activities to keep you busy. Can't beat the great screened-in balcony for relaxing and watching the city go by when you just want to relax a little.
Looking forward to our trip next year!! I'm already booked!
I really enjoyed my week at Teri's condo! I was in Atlanta for a national meeting and wanted to avoid the usual hotels. I was so happy to stay in a lovely space that was located near everything...restaurants, stores, and sightseeing. Fourth of July was an unexpected surprise with the fireworks seen from my screened-in porch! I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the condo. Highly recommended!
A pleasant, clean, well-stocked property in a well-kept building with a helpful front desk staff. The screened-in balcony is especially fun to relax in at night. The owner, Teri, went above the call of duty in helping me locate an item I'd left behind in the condo. She really makes an effort to accommodate her renters. If you won't be using the parking space Teri provides, taxis are readily available cater-cornered from Peachtree Towers, beside the Hyatt, and you will not want to walk to venues, such as the Fox, down the higher-numbered blocks on Peachtree, at night. But the opposite direction is a bustling urban area with office towers, convenience stores, shops, taverns, restaurants and interesting people. Be aware that the blocks are very long. Thanks so much, Teri!
All of the conveniences of home with a warm decor in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Such a better value than a hotel with so much more room, a full kitchen and free parking. It's close to everything you'd want to see downtown and only blocks away from Marta if you want to venture outside of the area. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area and we always find a new one to try. I don't have to say much about the condo because the pictures are accurate (Sometimes they can be 10+ yrs old). The Peachtree Tower's staff is awesome and super friendly. The parking lot has video surveillance and is well lit located behind the building. Teri is super nice and easy to work with and I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when I go to Atlanta.
I do love the screened-in balcony because there's always a breeze blowing threw it. It's a great place to relax after a long day out.
I would definitely recommend this property if you want to stay downtown ATL. Thanks, Teri!! I look forward to our 4th stay next year in your wonderful unit.
The condominium is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and lovely artwork throughout each room. It makes things feel nice and relaxing when you walk into Teri's place. It is clean, and that is a big thing for my family and me.
She has a well-stocked kitchen with dishes and silverware, and cooking supplies, coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, ice maker in the freezer.
There is a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom. The balcony is very nice. It has a nice outdoor couch, chair and table set. The balcony has railings that a very sturdy, as well as screen that cover the railings. The screening in no way inhibits the view; it does, however, keep any bugs from flying onto the balcony or children from falling over!!! We really enjoyed the balcony. It's very relaxing sitting out there and people watching or reading a book or just talking.
The World of Coca Cola and The Atlanta Aquarium are 3 blocks away from the condo. Centennial Park is right across the street from the World of Coca Cola, and then the CNN Center is about to blocks over from the park. So Teri's place is great if you want to tour all of the great spots in downtown!
The MARTA is 2 1/2 blocks down Peachtree St. Two great restaurants we recommend are Max Lagers and Durango's Steakhouse. Max Lagers is 1 block down Peachtree and has amazing ribs, among other things. Durango's is 1/2 block the other direction down Peachtree and has the best filets.
Teri was great to work with. She was prompt in returning emails and phone calls. I would certainly choose her condo when visiting Atlanta again.
Near All Major Business Buildings. The unit is in waalking distance to the Georgia World Congress Center, CNN, Georgia Aquariam, World of Coke, Chikdren's Museum, and Rennansiance Park. Peachtree Center with shopping and restaurants, Hard Rock Cafe and the Atlanta Merchandise Mart. Take the subway or bus to Atlanta Symphony Hall, High Muesum of Art, and the Fox Theatre. There is also a Puppetry for Arts for the Children.
