This cozy home has 5 BR, 3 ½ baths. 2 Master Bedrooms: one with king size bed; the other with a queen. Each with their own private bathroom and opening to deck. Located on the 200 block of 38th Street, this spacious home has an open space living area with a dining table that accommodates 10 and a large breakfast bar that seats 5. Great room including large living room with cathedral ceilings,hardwood floors, fireplace and a 55' LED Flat screen smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all kitchen amenities. Beautiful granite counters. Our garage will accommodate two cars plus additional driveway parking area. Close to beach & Promenade. As a courtesy for our rentals, 8 beach tags are provided, children under 12 are free. Walk to almost everything!! Kitchen fully stocked with every amenity. West side also available for rental for larger families. Our home is family friendly, good neighborhood and close to the center of town. We are walking distance to the beach, promenade, playgrounds, free summer concerts and local restaurants and night clubs. Wawa is conveniently also located within a two block walk.

We can accommodate extended families with plenty of room for comfort. For larger size families, both the East and West side may be available for your convenience with access thru top deck. We continually upgrade our home with recently adding hardwood floors throughout. New living room furniture for 2016! A king size bed was added for our main floor Master Bedroom. All kitchen appliance/amenities are provided...Our kitchen is stocked with every gadget thinkable...

Awesome house! loved the location!

My family of 12 loved the house! It was very clean and it had lots of room. The location was great with easy access to the beach, shops and bars. Would definitely stay her again..hopefully next year!!

Very spacious and lovely beach house

Great house. Clean and spacious. Kitchen is updated with every appliance that you will need. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and place settings. Living area is quaintly decorated. Bedding is comfortable! Not mattresses with springs in them (had that happen before !) Close to the center of town yet far away enough to enjoy peaceful and quiet evenings on the deck. Owners are very accommodating and were available with questions both during our stay and leading up to our vacation. Would highly recommend

Awesome time!

We had a blast! The place was perfect for our group of girls and had the perfect set up. It was so convenient and close to all the restaurants and stuff in town. Thanks Debbie for making this so easy and fun :)

Amazing house

Five couples enjoyed this lovely house for a long New Year's Eve "weekend". The house is extremely spacious so the ten of us weren't bumping into each other. The kitchen is the most well-stocked kitchen I have ever been in for a rental property. The owner answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!) and was so very helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Refundable damage deposit $400

$400 security deposit refundable 14 days after your stay. You may choose a security policy for a price but this is not refundable. See above damage protection fee. Security deposit is required at the time of booking. You have two options for payment. 1). Credit Card payment above or 2) payments may be spread over monthly/bi-monthly up until 15 days of your rental (only if you choose payment by check or money order). 50% must be collected by three months before your rental. We are open to payment plans that meet your needs, however, credit card payments are not an option with multiple payments. Personal checks are acceptable with the balance being paid in full 15 days prior to your vacation rental.
If you choose to clean yourself, cleaning products will provided and the cleaning fee will be returned to you (waived if by check). Please notify us of your choice for the cleaning option. Check in is 3pm - Check out is 10am. There has to be ample time to make repairs/perform inspections or clean between rentals. Vacating the premises late will result in additional $100/hr charge deducted from your deposit. Occasionally, early check in is possible if the house is ready. To gain entry into the property, a code will be emailed to you no later than Friday of the week of your vacation rental. If you prefer the code to be texted to you, you must provide a cell phone number. The code will be activated Saturday, after 1:00pm. Holiday weekends are 3 night minimum.
3) A signed contract is required. This contract will be mailed to you via email for your return to us.
4) Cancellation Policy is contingent upon us re-renting the week for full price. If the property is not re-rented for full price, the difference will be deducted from the deposit received. Please email or text me with any additional questions you may have. I will respond to your email/text within 24 hours. We will work with our renters to ensure a great vacation rental. Thank you.
