This cottage was a wonderful place to spend Christmas with our family. We had to be in Midland, MI for our daughter's wedding on the 28th of December and this cottage in Bay City worked out wonderfully! We had 8 people there and were very comfortable. It was very clean and the living space made it easy to stretch out for all of us (especially in front of the large fireplace!). The kids had a great time "shoe-skating" out on the frozen bay and it was a certain plus to be only 10 minutes away from the Bay City Mall! Bob (the owner) was a dream to work with and seemed to enjoy having us use the place as much as we enjoyed being there. I would highly recommend this rental.
We had a after Thanksgiving shopping trip to the outlet malls and a Frankenmuth getaway for 10 and it was great to have all the room. Everything was great including the cool morning family photos we took on the beach. Very easy access to the highway only about 5 minutes away. All the bedrooms and baths were extremely clean and plentiful. Saw deer walking right by the house.
The pictures DO NOT show how charming and clean this beautiful house really is. The beach is big with room for games, lounging.... We had a fire every night. The bedrooms ALL have comfy beds and we were able to use couches for additional sleeping. For a big group you will never find a better deal. Dorin T. From Littleton, CO
We enjoyed our stay in this home for 5 days while attending Mother's-Grandmother's-Great-Grandmother's 100th Birthday celebration at the family home in Bay City! The many bedrooms provided privacy for our sons and granddaughters who traveled from Colorado and Oklahoma, and the living room, family room, and kitchen were great gathering spots! Great view of the water from the upper-level living room!
We had a bowling state tournament in Bay city and rented this house. Very nice accommodation had everything that we needed, also very spacious. It sure beats staying at a hotel.
Stayed here 3 nights over Thanksgiving with a large family. Beautiful setting, Wonderful, warm home. Great amenities. Gorgeous views, great walk in the state park. XLNT communal areas with fireplaces. Everything you could possibly want. We will return!

|Refundable damage deposit||$150|
To reserve the house I require a rental deposit of $200, and a damage deposit of $150 (ie. initial payment is $350 to reserve the home). The final rental payment and the 11% taxes is due two weeks prior to your stay. So if the rental fee is $2,200, I would require a total deposit of $350, and then final payment of $2,242. The damage deposit is returned provided the house is not damaged.
