Nicely appointed 4th Floor Sundial 1 Bedroom Ski-in/Ski-out sleeps up to 4 in Private King Bedroom and Queen Pullout Couch in Living Area. The condo's private balcony overlooks Canyons Resort Village, to include the Red Pine Gondola which is a short walk from your door.
Although plenty of activities to include summer and winter sports, shopping, and restaurants are located right on site, a free city bus or private shuttle operate regularly to provide you access to the many other amenities in the Greater Park City area.
The Canyons resort is located 35 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport, and accessible by rental car or private shuttle. Free underground parking is available for Sundial guests.
Guests are welcome to enjoy a rooftop hot tub, in ground plunge pool and a fitness center.
YEAR ROUND ACTIVITIES IN PARK CITY:
Besides the world class skiing in Park City, winter means a multitude of outdoor winter fun to include sledding, sleigh rides, tubing and snowshoeing to name a few. The Sundance Film Festival is held in late January.
Spring season can bring some of the best skiing of the year in very temperate conditions.
Summer means golf, mountain-biking, numerous music festivals, the Triple Crown Softball Tourney, Park City Extreme Cup Soccer Tournament, and the Kimball Arts Festival.
Don't rule out a fall visit, which many locals will tell you is their favorite season with moderate temperatures and a great opportunity to witness some of the best fall color in the country!

Utah Olympic Park, Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction shopping and entertainment area, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort[both 2002 Winter Olympic ski event venues] -- All accessible by free city bus service.

Very nice accommodation with interesting view. Owner friendly, obviously experienced, took care of all the details efficiently. Nice place to go for ski vac'n, convenient, and also nice for the hours when we did not ski/snowboard.
My wife and I stayed at this place in early February 2017. From the entrance to Sundial, it was less than a 100 yard walk to the Red Pine Gondola! Not only that, this specific apartment is very close to the elevator so you don't begin to sweat with all your gear on while "hiking" through the hallway just to get to the elevator. The hallway is quiet, the apartment is quiet too. The amenities in the kitchen are basic, but enough for full kitchen usage. We didn't use the stove but the microwave works great. The refrigerator was average loudness, but quieter than I have experienced in other similar quality apartments. The bed is extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows to aid your head support needs. What makes the ambience is the gas fireplace in the living room! It's also fun to people watch from the balcony or from the living room windows, as people come off the Red Pine Gondola. The balcony hot tub is a short walk from the elevator on a floor below. Towels are supplied at the hot tub location. Parking is underneath Sundial, easy in and out. There are solo bathrooms on the main floor if you are like us and need to change after checking out the last day and boarding/skiing for a half day prior to leaving for the airport. I recommend this place for 2, maybe up to 4 people total. We didn't try out the sofa bed so I don't know how comfortable it is.

Very nice clean condo on 4th floor. Convenient underground parking. Decorated to make feel personal rather than cookie cutter condo. Plenty of seating in dining/living area. Nice balcony looking out over ski base area. Easily accessible to larger 3rd floor hot tub. Ski storage area in lobby is great and walk out to slopes makes too easy. Washer/dryer in unit helpful to dry clothes after a rainy ski day (a first for us)! Manager easily available for questions or any issues. Check in/out was a breeze. Love the Canyons so wide open, uncrowded with nice blue and black and above terrain.
