Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath Condo on the Isle of Palms. In the heart of the action, yet quiet and uncrowded. We do not have beach erosion in this area of the island or storm damage from 2017 storms. This second floor spacious condo has wonderful views of the wide, unhurried beach. Not all 3 bed/3baths have the expanded space for living that our condo has so ask about floor plans before booking. We have expansive, oceanfront views from all living spaces including the master suite of our oceanfront location. IF direct Oceanfront is what you are wanting for your vacation, you will love our home. CHECK OUR NEW PHOTOS! We have finished up our 2018 renovation of bathrooms and have added the new photos! Also, we have new 2018 flat screen SMART UHD LG and Samsung TVs in Living room and master suite so that, NOW every room has Flat Screen/ DVR and DVD/Blue Ray Players. In addition to the very large oceanfront pool, the complex has a nice grassy area to play on. There is elevator access to ground level and covered parking underneath our building. This complex has wide open spaces as compared to the neighboring ones and most importantly, we are NOT located next to the Windjammer (a very loud late night venue). Master Suite with King bed, sitting area, flat screen wall mount TV/DVD and oceanfront balcony continuous with living room balcony. The master bath has two sinks, garden tub and separate walk-in shower. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. One is equipped with a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. We believe your sleep is as important as our fabulous oceanfront views and have invested in some wonderful new Serta/Simmons mattresses. We have a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, 12 cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, mixer, george foreman grill, blender and ice maker. NOTE: We have remodeled kitchen & baths with tile, granite and cork floors. If you have allergies to carpet and mold, then you will find our condo, without any carpet, a refreshing change. Wicker rockers on our oceanfront balconies have seating for 8 on our balconies including a dining table that seats 4. Luxury high thread count linens are provided in all of our bedrooms/baths.
Please, prior to email about availability & rates, check our online calendar & rate schedules. We keep our calendar up to date. If you want a 2019 date, please send us a question first before attempting to book since our rates are not listed for 2019 yet. We work very hard to keep our place like a luxury hotel would be and attempt to keep our kitchen well stocked with items like olive oil, spices, balsamic vinegar and other ingredients that you might need for cooking (should you desire to make your own gourmet meals). If not, there are plenty of great gourmet restaurants on the island or nearby in Mt. Pleasant. Nearby, downtown Charleston has many world renowned eateries, most of which you will need reservations for- so don't forget to consult us early in your trip. We have baby/child needs taken care of through Baby's Away and you can even order your groceries ahead and have them placed in the condo refrigerator. We encourage you to rent directly from us, as we are the owners and this is our second home, not simply "another rental for an agency."
There are many plantations to visit and numerous historic sights nearby if you are an antique lover- Charleston is antique paradise. Shopping is available at a full scale mall just over the IOP bridge in Mt. Pleasant and many up scale stores and boutiques are found in that mall or downtown Charleston for your shopping delights. Take a dinner cruise on the harbor or just enjoy sitting on our beach, whatever you desire can be found nearby.
Isle Of Palms is a very residential island, so you do not have to worry about safety like you might on so many of the large scale commercial islands on the coast. We are always fully booked in all seasons, so don't wait to book us because we don't want YOUR week to be gone!
We have new bathrooms for 2018 with lovely tile/granite and Kohler soaking garden tubs. WE have all flat screen TVs including 2 large screens- 1 in the master and 1 in the living space. We look forward to hosting you this year at our beach home and can't wait for you to sleep our on new beds.

We are 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston. This is our home, not merely an investment and we think you will see the difference. We are sat-sat in high season only. Check our rate listings to see if your season is posted, if not- call us for a correct quote. Outside of high season, we can be flexible with your week and book whatever works better for you. Expect higher rates during special events like Bridge Run, Holidays, etc. Some holidays require a 4 night minimum, e.g. Memorial Day and Labor Day. Summer Season requires weekly only rentals with changeover day on Saturday.
Note: If you have any questions about rates or minimum stay, we urge you to send an inquiry to us prior to "booking a reservation." We will send you an accurate quote and then you can proceed with making your reservation at that point. Better yet, call us and ask us directly! The website may not quote the price correctly for non-posted time frames or for time frames that are special holidays requiring more than 3 nights but less than 7 night rentals. Also, if you do not enter in your exact dates of travel, the website quoted price will be incorrect.
If you have stayed with us before, we have removed the big bulky furniture in the bedrooms to create more floor space. We have listened to our guests and work every year to upgrade your experience.
