2 BR remodeled condo in the Midnight Cove II complex, one of Siesta Key’s most desired resort communities. Located ground level on the Bayside of Midnight Pass Road, just North of the south bridge of Siesta Key on its private marina. This ground floor 2 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath condo has upgrades everywhere. New 18” designer tile throughout, an updated kitchen and bathrooms with new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. It has an enclosed lanai adding to the open floor plan overlooking the intracoastal waterway! The main bathroom has been completely replaced with a raised custom shower head and two side body sprays. Ladies tend to say they love to use the two side body sprays to take a shower and not get their hair wet...Lol. Deeded beach access directly across the street with a crossing light for pedestrians is one of the unique assets of Midnight Cove II. It has covered parking directly in front of the unit and incredible amenities that include a huge heated pool, 2 tennis courts, recreational grilling area, health equipment, basketball court, security, boat docks and great on site property management. The unit is equipped with beach chairs, tennis rackets/balls, and fishing poles. Bicycles and Kayaks may be reserved free of charge for 48 hours. Boat rentals are a 5 minute walk away. The complex recently had special assessments to upgrade the complex and it looks great.

The best seashell hunting on Siesta Key is only minutes away....if you know the secret place. Fishing in your back yard, across the street at the beach, or on the bridge less than 10 minutes walk. Bikes, Kayaks, Fishing Poles, Beach Chairs provided.

The best fishing, shelling and snorkeling on Siesta Key are found just a short walk away. The condo is located perfectly between the pool and intra coastal waterway, across from the newly refurbished Tennis Courts (2) next to the picnic area with 4 well maintained gas grills.

Enjoyed Every Minute...

Nice, clean property. Excellent value. Everything you could possible need was there. Bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys, fishing poles and personal cooler. Plenty of storage area if you decide to bring a bunch of your own things. Restaurant within walking distance, private beach about a 8 minute walk and your parking at the property is steps away.

We totally enjoyed our beach vacation. Thank you Timothy!!!

Excellent Vacation!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and comfortable with a nice view off the back patio. It also had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Even though the private beach access was about a 10 minute walk, it was well worth it and better than loading up the car and looking for parking. The property complex was very well-maintained and peaceful. It's also convenient to all of the shopping, restaurants, etc.

We appreciated the owner allowing us to stay for 8 nights -- the extra night to get settled in was well worth it for us. He was available but not intrusive -- it was a nice balance. He also was genuinely interested in making sure we had a great vacation. We would definitely recommend staying here.

LOVED IT!!!!

I rented this condo on Memorial weekend 2011 and have to say the condo was beautiful!! I had a blast and the owner is such a nice guy.

Vacation spot has everything!

My son, sister and I stayed here over Easter. The condo was very well decorated, equipped and clean. The complex had everything you needed and the best of both worlds. We loved the marina, expecially at night. And the beach during the day was a short walk and soooo worth it. The most beautiful beach I have ever seen. The location of the condo was close to everything you would need. Restaurants, shops, the village, etc. I am planning on returning, sooner than later!!
