The townhouse is an end unit offering an abundance of natural light & adjacent to open space. Newer windows throughout provide wonderful mountain views of the Canyons & Park City Ski Resorts.
Relax & enjoy the view from the deck conveniently located off of the kitchen/dining area. The deck features a table with 6 chairs and a gas BBQ. There is also a deck off of the master bedroom with a table and chairs. The patio behind the townhouse has a table and chairs.
The living room has a large chenille sectional with over sized ottoman. For entertainment there is a Sony flat screen t.v. & Sony home theater system with Blu-ray disc player.
The newly remodeled kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counters. The dining table seats 6 and the island seats 2. There are tile floors in the kitchen/dining area. A high chair & booster seat is available upon request.
Each bedroom features a King size bed with both a down & silk comforter along with high quality cotton linens. Each bedroom has cable t.v. The master bedroom and main floor bedrooms have Panasonic flat screen t.v.'s. There is also a queen size futon & queen Murphy bed. A crib is available upon request.
The large master tile shower with 'Euro-glass' enclosure. A full bath with tub/shower and 3/4 bath with tiled shower are located on the main floor. All bathrooms have granite counters.
After a long day of skiing or recreation, relax in the private deluxe Bullfrog spa. It features seating for 6 with lots of jets & colorful LED lighting.
There is a single car garage, 2 car driveway & additional guest parking only a few steps away.
The townhouse is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the 'free' Park City shuttle bus providing transportation to the ski resorts, markets & shopping.

This is a wonderful home in a fantastic location!
We had a lovely stay at this townhouse! The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed, the bedding was plush and comfortable, and the hot tub was a great way to end a full day of skiing. We can't say enough positive things about this property and the owners, thank you for helping make out trip a success!
Very comfortable & Roomy
Townhome was extremely comfortable. 2 couples stayed here and we had plenty of room. 2 of the bedrooms were masters so we both had plenty of privacy as they were on separate floors. There is even a 3rd bedroom that is very private (bottom floor) & quiet. Very large kitchen with everything needed to cook meals. Large sectional in main living area was very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked great. Full size washer & dryer was convenient. Short drive to Canyons - maybe 5 minutes. 10 minutes or so to Park City. 2 miles to nice grocery store (Smith's - had everything & great prices). Easy to make frequent runs to store.
Our prerequisites for ski lodging includes a fireplace, private hot tub, TV’s in bedrooms and a quiet place. This checked all the boxes.
The owner was excellent in communicating the instructions prior to us arriving & making sure we had all we needed. She even arranged to purchase & bring in a shower seat needed by one of our party. Thanks so much. We would definitely stay here again!
Great location, size and amenities
Property was clean and in terrific condition with a well stocked kitchen. We had originally planned a family vacation with 6 to 8 of us, but wives and nephews backed out or had conflicts, so in the end it was just three dads. The property is very quiet overlooking an elementary soccer field. Compared to our busy working lives, each of us having our own bedroom with king size bed and 3 full bathrooms felt luxurious. That said, the house could have easily accommodated 6 - 8 comfortably. The garage and jacuzzi were convenient and the mountain views some of the best in the Meadows. Park City bus at end of street was also a plus. I would highly recommend this property for winter or summer vacations. I hope to stay another time in the future.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Luxurious Vacation Home
We stayed here for 4 nights, and it was a perfect place to spend time in Park City. It was close to the bus stop for transportation into town, and also just a quick drive to both Kimball Junction or Park City. The kitchen was great, and even had coffee, tea and essential spices. The three bedroom and bath's were perfect for us since each person had their own space and bathroom!
