"If you are looking for the best location and the best maintained condo complex in Palm Springs, 737 E. Arenas is it. You can stroll to restaurants downtown and a gym, supermarket and library are 20-minute invigorating hikes away. The condo itself is pristine. And there was not a thing I wanted for cooking (a wonderful Weber grill, for example) or entertainment that was not within my reach. I hated to leave at the end of my lease. Enjoy the desert at its best!"
We loved our stay at this beautiful and beautifully appointed property. It was immaculate and well appointed with every convenience to make the stay a comfortable one. The owners made us feel welcomed and very much at home which made it a completely stress free and relaxing experience. We enjoyed the privacy of the unit and the close proximity to the pool. It is conveniently located within walking distance of most of the activities we enjoy including great restaurants, long walks, yoga and hiking. We will definitely return.
This property is in a great development and is centrally located in Palm Springs. I was able to walk or ride a bike to almost everyplace I wanted to go. The unit itself has a great layout and is furnished well. The development has good amenities and is exceptionally maintained. And it comes with tons of hummingbirds to watch while you are in the pool or spa. Great value.
After having rented several properties in Palm Springs, we found this to be our absolute favorite. We walked to everything - coffee houses, restaurants, parks, etc. The unit is extremely clean and has a great open floor plan. The kitchen was so well stocked, we cooked nearly as often as we walked to town to dine. The complex is very clean, quiet and the few neighbors we encountered were very friendly. The pool is only a few steps away, is well maintained and there were plenty of chaise lounges, chairs and tables. The process of renting very easy and our every need was met. We hope to rent this unit again in the near future.
Short drive to the beautiful Joshua National Park for short hikes and day trips. A short drive to the trendy town of Idyllwild in the refreshing pine forests of San Bernardino National Forest, a terrific day outing. Also 2 hours to visit San Monica Pier, LA or 3 hours to visit San Diego.

Reservation is confirmed upon completion of lease agreement provided by owner and signed by lessee and signed and approved by lessor.
First payment of Rental Fee, "Reservation Fee" of 25% non refundable.
Second payment of Rental Fee 75% which is due no later than 90 days prior to start of rental or date of reservation booking if later is non refundable after payment.
Cleaning fee fully refundable prior to start of rental period.
Damage deposit refundable.
